Location was excellent - visited Cornell.

Cons:

My room was not clean. Visible signs of heavy water damage on the carpet in corners of room. The bathroom floor tiles were also very visibly affected by water damage. Toilet seemed to have a slow leak, as water was slowly seeping around floor. Had to put a towel down. We only stayed one night, otherwise I would have requested a room change. Room was absolutely overpriced for what we got.

Very nice, comfy, easy.
Pros:

Staff was very nice. Liked they have EV chargers.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t very good and the bathroom shower needed some cosmetic work.

It was ok, just a lot of little things that could have been done better!

Friendly staff. Lobby area was clean and neat.

Cons:

When we walked into our room the heat was on 78 degrees. So it felt like a sauna. We turned the heat to a/c to cool it down. The rug in the room was wet. I called the front desk and they said they had steam cleaned the rug that day so it was wet from that. But it was wet the next morning too. We put some food in the fridge. The next day it was not cold so we had to throw it away. Also, not a big deal but the bed was made with the top sheet on top of the comforter. We stayed 2 nights. The towels were changed for the second night but the garbages were not emptied. They were full because they were small garbage cans. And lastly the pool was closed for maintenance. That was disappointing!
