Firstly, can’t pay by card, cash only for the stay which you aren’t told. We were also overcharged, only €20 but still.
No one ever at reception if you needed anything.
Room smells like drains all day and night, we did say, and they poured some bleach in the shower which helped for maybe half a day? Probably one of the biggest issues.
No amenities whatsoever, not a single glass to drink out of, literally nothing.
The sign on the room says breakfast 8-10, but nowhere for breakfast and we never actually understood that.
If you want your towels changed more then every days then there is a charge, but the towels weren’t clean/smelled used on arrival.
It says lake view, which isn’t something we were fussed for, but I highlight because 2cm of the lake between buildings is an exaggeration.

Two days before our stay, the owner asked what time we expected to arrive. I replied that we would be there at 5:00 PM. They responded only with a “.” and never replied again.

We arrived a little before 5:00 PM, but the reception was closed. We called both the phone number on the door and the number listed on Booking.com multiple times, but no one answered. Eventually, someone picked up, said something in Italian, and immediately hung up.

After waiting for about an hour with no response to our calls or messages, we went for a short walk. About an hour later, the host finally answered, but only spoke Italian. The only word I understood was “WhatsApp,” so I contacted them there. They replied that someone would come at 8:30 PM.

By that point, we had lost confidence that anyone would actually arrive. Unfortunately, this disrupted our trip and we were forced to cut our stay short and leave a day earlier than planned.

I would not recommend booking this hotel. The host was extremely unresponsive, and it is unacceptable to leave guests waiting for hours without any communication or assistance. A hotel should provide a reliable check-in experience, and sadly, that was not the case here.

Struttura un po' datata

La struttura non era da 3 stelle, in quanto non aveva: ascensore, le stanze erano tutte al primo piano quindi si accedeva tramite scale; non aveva telefono in camera; non aveva alcun tipo di servizio bar; il parcheggio era a pagamento giornaliero (in un 3 stelle ècomoreso); non vi era alcun set cortesia e nessun bicchiere in camera; mancavano asciugamani per bidet; al chek in non ci è stato spiegato nulla sulla gestione pulizia camera per cui la nostra è stata lasciata sporca pur essendo tale servizio compreso nel costo; lo staff segnalati i problemi scaricava sul cliente la propria inefficienza. Segnalo inoltre che abbiamo scritto prima del nostro arrivo per alcuni chiarimenti, non ci hanno mai risposto, abbiamo scoperto all'arrivo che i contatti non erano aggiornati.
