NE RÉSERVEZ PAS CET HÔTEL
Cons:

Ne réservez pas cet hôtel, il est fermé. Personne pour nous accueillir lorsque nous sommes arrivés et personne ne répond au téléphone. Obligé de contacter l’assistance Booking pour annuler la réservation et se faire rembourser. Apparement cela faisait plusieurs jours déjà que l’hôtel était fermé et nous n’étions pas les seuls à attendre devant.

Vergognosi senza alcun rispetto! Io e il mio compagno arriviamo fuori dall’hotel e lo troviamo chiuso. Dopo aver aspettato ORE insieme ad altre persone che anche loro avrebbero dovuto soggiornare in quell’hotel, senza che nessuno venisse ad aprirci abbiamo dovuto trovare un’altra sistemazione
Abbiamo ripetutamente chiamato i recapiti che ci erano stati forniti ma i telefoni risultavano spenti o comunque irraggiungibili
Vi sconsiglio vivamente queste struttura, non andateci !
È solo una fregatura

DONT BOOK, YOU WILL ONLY WASTE YOUR TIME AND NERVES!!! We made our reservation more than one month before our arrival, send our check-in time 3 days before and got no response. When we came to the city and arrived at the hotel, nobody was at the door and after 2 hours there were 2 more pairs of people than wanted to check-in as well. No info at all, the phone numbers were fake and someone wrote to us on WhatsApp to find new hotel!! We booked new place to stay in Desenzano on the same day and got lucky to not pay for some expensive hotel. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!

NULLA. non sono neanche riuscita ad alloggiare.
non trovava la prenotazione.... e nu ha sbattuto fuori...
sono tornata alle 12 .... e mi ha portato in altro hotel cancellandomi la prenotazione senza pagare la penale.
tutto questo in giornate di ferragosto...
IMBARAZZANTE.....
va tolto da booking
