Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Fabulous shower. Coffee was nice. Breakfast was ok.

Non disclosure of room deposit
Cons:

I didn't care for the fact that I was not made aware of the $100.00 deposit until AFTER I had checked in the day of my arrival. I think that was a way to trap me into having to give a deposit on the room. I was traveling on a budget and I had to completely change my plans around bc of the last minute "deposit" that they took. It would not have been a big deal if I was told the same time I had paid for my room, which was a couple weeks that I booked and paid for.

Cons:

My mother in law had an emergency issue where we had to take her to the ER at 04:30. I called the desk to see if you had a wheelchair because she could not walk to the elevator. I was told no. There was a chair with wheels in the room where we were able to puch her to the elevator and out to our car. I ran back in and told the guy at the desk what room it came out of. I had already turned in my keys. We were charged $10.00. When I called to ask about it I was told there was soda that had been spilled. That was a flat out lie. There was only two bottles of soda and they were barely drank. There was NO spilled drink. I belive I was charged because I left a chair down in the lobby because there was no other option to get my mother in law down to the lobby. I will not stay at another one of these hotels again.
