We were extremely pleased with accommodating our request. I had no idea you had the back building and able to park in front of our rooms. It made life so much easier for us.

Cons:

We did find the bathroom, not very clean. There was a lot of hair and old buildup and I did wipe down the toilet and tub before we used it.

I’ve stayed here a couple times now. The staff is always very helpful. It’s clean, good breakfast and they have a pool for the kids. They also allow pets so it’s good when I have to bring my dog.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean with a wonderful breakfast. This is my 3rd visit. On my first visit, they offered dark roast coffee. I hope they get back to it.

Pros:

The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the Jacuzzi tub was clean and it was very relaxing after many days travelling.

Cons:

The seating area and other furniture (not the bed) had a stale smoke smell to it. Perhaps the furniture had been in a smoking room previously, but we could not sit on any of the items in the tv area or the chair in the bedroom due to the smell.

It was a good comfortable stay. (Other than the low toilet)

Breakfast was good. It was nice and quiet.

Cons:

There was nothing to complain about, except the toilet was uncomfortably low. Next time we’ll check out the accessible room to see if that will work for future stays.

Large clean room close to highway. Lots of parking.

Cons:

Was given a room directly in front pf pool that was full of screaming children until 10 PM. Worst breakfast that we have ever been served in a hotel.

Cons:

I stayed at the same location a couple of weeks earlier. Did it change ownership in the meantime?
Different staff, room wasn’t clean. No one cared. Booked in for work and was put in front of the pool. ( children screaming till after 10pm). I get families are having fun vacation time but why book everyone in for work in that section?
Wasn’t offered a different room. Staff just didn’t care. Miserable experience.
