An enjoyable return stay
Pros:

We have stayed here many times. Hotel is well positioned. Staff are always very efficient and friendly. We are returning later in the year.

Hôtel le mieux situé des sables d'Olonne

L'emplacement of course et la clim

Cons:

J'ai eu zéro info sur le spa, c'est pas très grave je suis allée voir sur le site mais comme c'est un hôtel spa...si j'étais la patronne je souhaiterais que les réceptionnistes en parle au check in.
Et puis c'est bien de se lever lorsque les clients arrivent au comptoir, c'est ma vision du métier que j'ai pratiqué de nombreuses années.
Sinon toutes les réceptionnistes étaient très sympathique.
Je chipote...

Très bel hôtel les pieds dans l'eau !

Hôtel qui donne directement sur le front de mer, emplacement exceptionnel. Literie confortable et chambre très propre

Cons:

Tout était super, si je dois proposer un axe d'amélioration ce serait sur le petit déjeuner. Les aliments sont de qualité mais le choix est un peu limité et les aliments frais (charcuterie, fromages, beurre..) étaient au chaud..
