The Cumbria Park Hotel seamlessly blends modern amenities with historical charm, featuring newly refurbished rooms and public areas designed for ultimate comfort. Conveniently located just minutes from Junction 44 of the M6 and Carlisle Train Station, the hotel provides an ideal base for exploring Carlisle, Hadrian's Wall, the Lake District National Park, and South West Scotland.

The Hotel offers free parking in its extensive car park. Cars and their contents are left at the owner’s/customer’s own risk. The hotel do not accept responsibility for loss or damage.

When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

The car park is located to the rear of the property, accessed from Mulcaster Crescent.

Pros:

Location was gd, breakfast was ok but nothing special.

Cons:

Didn't like being given a room that was nothing like the picture on the web, they gave us a shitty room without a double shower but after complaining we was given a better room.

Location excellent for us, breakfast was good, nice surroundings and staff helpful,

Room 108, 2 night stay.... Can't get any further away and not on the main road or side, I thought it was perfect for peace and quiet, however the bathroom is dated, bath has crack sealed up, shower is Mira with 2 inch head that takes 15 mins to warm up, water pressure not great and floor feels like a board missing covered with lino. A single bed mattress is not the best. Doesn't have the sound proofing and doors difficult to shut quietly. You can hear the house Keeping knocking on doors as if it's your own door. Got offered another room to 106 but declined as already unpacked and settled, and decided to have bath instead. Dust cart reversing into the carpark with beeping sounds at 7am

I would not come back, needs a real referb as soon as possible.

Cons:

the hotel is rundown- filthy sheets and the gym only had 2 machines that actually worked. Didn’t use the bathroom as looked so unclean and there were literally stains all over the sheets. The bed was uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well at all.

Das Hotel bietet viele Vorteile. Ich würde es für weitere Stadtbesuche wieder aussuchen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist ein stadtmittenahes Kleinhotel mit Charme und Atmosphäre. Das kompetente, freundliche Personal, der dazugehörige Parkplatz und die feine Küche ergänzen meinen sehr positiven Eindruck von diesem Haus.

Cons:

Ich bin mit meiner Wahl sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Pros:

Incredibly friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast - lots of choices of fresh fruit/yoghourt/cereal and cooked food. Bedroom well equipped. Very comfy beds. Only stayed 1 night as visiting Carlisle A@E but will definitely stay again if going to Carlisle.
