Location very good.breakfast I didn't try would of done at the initial booking in price didn't see the signs.

Cons:

Upgraded room as the first room I was given was clean but very poor condition ie to small and long like a corridor tv to far away to see correctly. could not of stayed in that room.lady on reception when I ask for an upgrade was excellent 👌. and upgraded my room without question.

Fantastic little getaway
Pros:

I thought everything was as you'd expect from a victorian building, it was quiet, room was spacious, great bed, clean & tidy for what it is. Price was within my budget (tight). Everything was close by & within walking distance. Staff was friendly & helpful to.

Cons:

Not being on the 3rd floor, as I've got arthritis. And I thought the parking charge was a bit ridiculous...it's free to park at night on the road, but £5 a day in the hotel carpark 🤔

The price was very cheap and affordable

Cons:

The staff were very absent having to wait over 30mins to be checked in ringing the phone and bell on desk.

The bed was very uncomfortable.

The was a lot of noises/drilling early hours of the morning

There were signs saying hotel car park meter pay on the app so I did and was charged £11
Just to get inside and them say do you need to pay for parking it’s £5 for all guests.
