Great experience
Pros:

Very convenient location, clean environment, and quiet.

Cons:

Would NEVER go back…even for a free night’s stay.
Pros:

Location was not bad…just no restaurants or grocery stores nearby.

Cons:

Awful! Not clean. Too much fragrance in lobby. Desk person could not provide any inout on nearby restaurants…after working there for 3 months! TV did not work. Could not get off the home page into the apps. Not a remote issue since the volume button still worked. Front desk was unwilling or unable to assist. Breakfast was pathetic and everything offered looked pathetic. Informed front desk staff of the issues encountered but they did not care one iota. Guess they know they are a rip-off. PLEASE find a different hotel!!

Cons:

Continental breakfast very limited. No orange juice machine did not work. Only one small thing of coffee. Should not advertise pool as it was not working.

A few more options on the breakfast bar, however for the $$$ paid was happy with what was provided

The rooms look as though they were not as clean as it should. The mini fridge made a loud noice all night. I asked for extra towels and was adv that I could not have them because I was checking out that Morning. The two people who was cleaning rooms just laughed at me. Staff was not friendly and will never stay there again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to stay there ever.

Pros:

It had a good bedroom and it was clean, good service at front desk.

Cons:

The breakfast was horrible, there was no variety, I am gluten free and the only thing available was frosted flakes which was actually corn flakes and yogurt. The hotel smelt like curry. The staff kept knocking on our door the entire morning with a DND sign on. There was no privacy, you could hear a simple conversation from 6 doors down, the people in the room weren’t even talking loud but I suppose you get what you paid for but they need to upgrade their facilities.
