Great Family spot
Pros:

Pool was awesome for small and poolside rooms very convenient. Laminate floors awesome for cleaning up after swimming.
Housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating when we needed to do some laundry and get clean sheets. Larissa was very kind and polite.
Like that the beds can moved as we were able to put children on floor between he beds. Would definitely stay here again

Great location, good hotel, bring a swim suit.
Pros:

Staff were responsive and helpful. Especially when there was an issue with our room. The pool was really nice, wish we had brought a swimsuit XD

Cons:

It’s a hit or miss whether the exhaust fan in the bathroom would work. If it did work, it wasn’t efficient enough to be effective.

The beds were VERY comfortable.!!! Expedia accidentally booked me 2 rooms and they did cancel the other one

Cons:

There was a pool employee that was very rude and menacing to a child she grabbed it away from him and raised her voice because he had a water squirter that he was NOT even using on anyone. The restaurant waitress was not very friendly. There was a person smoking Marijuana right beside my vehicle parked in a handicap zone and the hallway reeked of Marijuana. Our room was very clean but did smell of musty and wet ish.

Not impressed.
Pros:

Staff reacted quickly with our challenges

Cons:

The first rooms hallway had a strong smell of weed. The first rooms had a leaking ceiling and the floor was wet, which wasn’t noticed immediately and my bags were placed on the wet floor which got my clothes wet.

Pros:

The friday night server in the restaurant was very nice. The bartender with long hair was kind. The front desk people were nice as well. Saturday and sunday servers were ok for breakfast

Cons:

the eaten chicken wing on the floor wasn't picked up all weekend

Stay away from these morons

Cons:

Staff lied and said laundry was on the second floor and it was actually the third and the halls are very long and it was heavy packing stuff that even people close by new was located on the third floor. Then in the morning, the staff tried to say that they’ve never had any vacancies for that night if we want to extend, but I checked Expedia booking and they certainly did have rooms. Racism plain and simple.

DO NOT STAY HERE-EVEN IF YOU THINK ITS A GOOD DEAL! Just don’t!
Pros:

There was nothing I enjoyed about my stay.

Cons:

The air/heat fan was so loud in our first room. Had to get maintenance. He came in and kicked it as hard as he could a few times and said nope can’t fix it. So we were moved to another room after the front desk heard from him how loud it was. The next room had no air, the fan couldn’t be turned off and was so loud, the tv did not work at all-it was scattered and choppy, the toilet had dried on urine all over the seat, and the noise in the hallways were ridiculous until 4am! There was blood splatter all over the floor in the lobby in the morning. I honestly can’t even believe I gave this place another chance. NEVER AGAIN!!
