Camera un pochino rumorosa (affacciava sulla piazza), ma molto confortevole
It’s located next to the metro station and right across the street is a bus stop from where you can get to the main station. Our room was clean and comfortable.
The street is a very noisy even at night so it’s basically impossible to sleep with windows opened.
Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam. We kwamen heel vroeg aan en mochten toch al in onze kamer. Ook bij het uitchecken was het personeel erg behulpzaam om onze baggage op te slaan omdat we 's avonds pas laat naar huis vertrokken.
Het hotel is dicht bij metrostation Hermannplatz en er zijn veel winkels in de buurt.
De gordijnen zijn te klein en laten daardoor veel licht door in de kamer. Het is tot laat erg luidruchtig buiten op straat.
Dejlig beliggenhed. Lige ved U bahn.

Gute Location, Sauber, Zimmer schön gross, Personal sehr freundlich
Obwohl mit Klimaanlage beworben (dies war Warum wir uns für dieses Hostel entschieden hatten) war die Klimaanlage defekt. Das Zimmer war total überhitzt. Da ausgebucht gab es nur einen Ventilator von der Rezeption.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lage ist super und die Betten bequem.
Besonders die Klimaanlage war unser persönliches Highlight bei Temperaturen von über 30 Grad.
Die Dusche war ganz schön klein, für große und/oder stemmige Menschen gestaltet sich das etwas schwierig.

The room was good overall great stay,
Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit.
Der Eingang und Gemeinschaftsräume sind nicht so einladend. Die Aufenthaltsqualität in Neukölln ist anders als früher: viele Polizeieinsätze und Lärm am Hermannplatz und die Fenster des Hotels sind nicht Schallisoliert. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht an Familien oder Geschäftsreisenden empfehlen. Ich habe mich auf die Bewertungen hier verlassen und es war nicht wie beschrieben. Die erste Nacht hatte ich ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hermannplatz. Ich konnte nicht schlafen. Am nächsten Tag habe ich ein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Trotzdem würde ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig.
