Pros:

Hostel w bardzo dobrze skomunikowanej lokalizacji, blisko stacji metra, w pobliżu sklepy, bary. Mój pokój był od podwórka więc hałas uliczny nie docierał i nie przeszkadzał. Dzielnica znośna, nie czułam się niebezpiecznie, chociaż żadnych walorów turystycznych czy widokowych w niej nie ma. W hostelu bar. W pokoju czysta pościel i ręczniki, czysta łazienka. Wygodne łóżko.

Fürs Schlafen ausreichend.
Pros:

Wir waren zum 3. Mal dort. Gefallen hat uns die gute Anbindung an ÖPNV. Die Dusche hat eine Schiebetür und nichtmehr nur einen Duschvorhang.

Cons:

Trotz Schallschutzfenster ist es laut. Das Frühstück hat sich deutlich verschlechtert.

Pros:

Das Hostel ist in einer belebten Umgebung in der Stadt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber für eine Nacht war es für uns gut. Wir hatten zum Glück ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, wo man die Straße nicht so laut hören konnte. Ohrenstöpsel braucht man aber trotzdem, da das Gebäude hellhörig ist und ein Kommen und Gehen herrscht.

Pros:

Chambre et SDB assez vastes. Bonne isolation acoustique grâce au double vitrage. Bonne climatisation.
Salle des déjeuners au 6e dotée d'une grande verrière donnant sur un beau panorama. Nourriture très fraîche.
Le personnel m'a laissé mettre mon vélo dans la cour intérieure pour la nuit.
L'arrêt du bus pour la Hauptbahnof est juste en face de l'hôtel.

Cons:

La douche un peu étroite pour une SDB si vaste.
Le choix du buffet du déjeuner un peu restreint.
Quartier complètement hallalisé, ce qui me découragera peut-être d'y revenir.

My stay was decent overall, but there were several aspects that prevented it from being a better experience.

The best part was definitely the reception staff. Everyone was very kind, but I would especially like to thank the Argentine receptionist, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The hostel itself is well maintained, and the shared room was quiet. My roommates were respectful, so I had no issues at all in that regard.

However, the biggest downside was the housekeeping. It wasn't that the rooms were cleaned poorly, but rather that the cleaning service took far too long. In my case, I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, which I don't think guests should have to do. This is something that could definitely be improved.

The location has both advantages and disadvantages. It is very well connected by public transport, and that was the main reason I chose this hostel, as it was very close to the concert venue I was visiting. However, personally, I didn't feel completely comfortable in the area, especially at night. This is just my personal impression, but as a woman, I wouldn't feel comfortable walking around there alone late in the evening.

Overall, I had an acceptable stay thanks to the kindness of the staff and the convenient location. However, improving the housekeeping service would make a significant difference.

Cons:

The main issue during my stay was the housekeeping. I had to actively ask for my room to be cleaned, as it hadn't been done by the morning. The cleaning only took place later in the afternoon, which was quite inconvenient.

The shared bathroom was often dirty and had an unpleasant smell, making it uncomfortable to use at times. I believe cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hostel, especially when guests are sharing facilities.

I think improving the housekeeping schedule and keeping the shared bathrooms cleaner would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.
