struttura nuova , pulizia impeccabile , letti molto comodi e posizione ottima vicino al mare

dimensioni della camera molto ridotte soprattutto per il livello della struttura poi, la cosa più grave: verso mezzanotte quando siamo rientrati mancava l'acqua in bagno dunque non potevamo fare la doccia ne' tantomeno andare in bagno; abbiamo segnalato il problema alla reception e ci hanno detto che a quell'ora non potevano intervenire in alcun modo e nemmeno avevano un'altra stanza . L'unica """""soluzione""""" proposta è stata quella di fornirci una cassa di 6 bottiglie d'acqua per andare in bagno... E mi chiedo, dopo aver comprato due stanze alla modica cifra di quasi 250€ a stanza , se questo sia il modo di trattare l'ospite. Oltretutto, per chiudere in bellezza, il giorno dopo non solo non ci è stato proposto alcun tipo di rimborso o magari uno sconto su un futuro soggiorno, ma ci è stato anche richiesto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno (che ho pagato senza sollevare polveroni). Insomma MAI PIU

Für den kurzfristigen angesetzten Aufenthalt wie immer top und wir konnten nochmals Sonne tanke.
Pros:

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter. Uns gefällt der Standort / Lage des Hotels. Dieser besitzt einen eigenen Pool und Standabschnitt (nicht in der Nähe, neu Shuttle Services, ca.750 m/10 min zu Fuss od. 1 min.). Die Liegen / Badtücher waren im Preis inbegriffen (Zuschlag für Liegen Samstag / Sonntag). Leider haben wir den Strand nicht genutzt, somit können keine weitere Informationen diesbezüglich erfolgen.
Zum Thema Frühstück: gut und übersichtlich, frische Früchte und Mozzarelle/ Fleisch. Kein grosses Buffet, aber alles frisch (Europäisches Frühstück), Zusätze konnten bestellt werden (Bacon/ Rührei/Spiegelei usw, sowie Milchkaffee laktosefrei).
Zimmer: gross / geräumig, die Kinder ein kleineres, bei beiden mit relativ grosser Dusche (keine Badewanne, haben wir auch nicht vermisst), Betten / Matratzen> angenehm zum Liegen (auch mit Rückenbeschwerden)
Personal: freundlich, offen für Anliegen, lösungsorientiert (wir mussten wegen Krankheit verlängern),

Cons:

Personal: Putzfrauen konnten weder italienisch / English / Französisch / Deutsch nur Ukrainisch / Russisch. Haben uns mit den üblichen Händen / Füssen-Kommunikation verständigt ;), der Putzservice war aber diesbezüglich effizient / sauber und auch hilfsbereit.

Изключителен четиризвезден хотел, разположен на невероятно красиво и живописно място! Обстановката е прекрасна, стаите са уютни и безупречно чисти, а обслужването е на изключително високо ниво. Персоналът е усмихнат, любезен и винаги готов да помогне, като кара всеки гост да се чувства специален. Престоят ни беше незабравим и с удоволствие бихме се върнали отново.
