Location. Limited restaurant options. Too far from port.
Breakfast staffs are very friendly and helpful. Super market nearby and an excellent Hongkong restaurant just down stairs.
Nosso transfer foi bem cedo para o aeroporto, às 6h da manhã, devido a isto ficou combinado que o café para viagem pegariamos na recepção às 5h30, meu marido foi buscar e disseram que não tinha mais disponivel, fiquei bem chateada, pois estava com uma criança e tivemos que ir todos sem comida para o embarque do aviao.

No nos hicieron la habitación en tres días, a paser de que lo repetims varias veces.
La habitación estaba sucia cuando llegamos y los cristales no se habían limpiado en mese.
Nos prometieron un Shutle desde el aeropuerto y éste no llegó. Tuvimos que coger un taxi.

Inadequate shower head....needing cleaning or replacement.
As usual, good reception staff and clean room. Some bathroom fittings had been upgraded which was nice.
I did not want to put this in a review, but feel that as I have not had a response from the revue that the hotel asked from me, I have to tell it like it is. We have always had a good experience with the Abercorn. Close to the airport, with a functioning shuttle and basic but good breakast. Clean. We were there after a very long Europe flight and so were tired but I could not get over the fact that there were a couple of long human hairs on the bottom sheet partially covered by the pillow. I was a little concerned about the cleanliness of the bottom sheet as it looked fairly creased. So not sure if the hotel is concerned at all as they have not responded after 48 hours.
Good location near the airport. Spacious and comfortable room. The Japanese restaurant is excellent. Included breakfast was good.
