Pros:

Location abd facilities.

The first room was not up to the cleanliness standard we are accustomed to but upon complaint, it was immediately changed.

Functional .
Pros:

I requested 1 room with king size bed and 2nd room with 2 queen. Did not get the room with king sz bed.

Cons:

Outdated furniture need to be replace.

The shuttle service was good. Some of the billing practices were not clearly explained.

Cons:

No notice was given that the pool and hot tub were not available.
We definitely would have changed location to get access to a hot tub and pool.

A pleasant stay in a great location, but the room and air conditioning need some improvements.
Pros:

The hotel is in a very good location, and the entrance and lobby are beautiful. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was also clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The furniture in the room looked quite old, and there was a lot of dust around the lamps and in some corners. We could not control the air conditioning, and the air was very strong, which caused nasal congestion throughout the night. The windows could not be opened, and the bathroom fan was not working. The restaurant was beautiful and elegant, but I would have preferred an open buffet where guests could choose their own food, with breakfast included in the hotel price.

Was pretty comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The WiFi in the rooms was at a zero. The restaurant is not part of the hotel and appeared outsourced so it’s difficult to get good service.

Location good. Beds comfortable. Shower good

Cons:

Pool tile was green (ie: not coned properly).
The hot tub was out of service.

While the breakfast was fine there needs to be a couple children’s options. (The breakfasts are very large.).

Pros:

Very comfortable, microwaves and fridges were very convenient, beds and pillows were very comfortable, great service to the airport! The shuttle was perfect, parking at the hotel was easy and convenient
