Not staying there again.
Cons:

The beds were in bad shape, there was so much noise you can here everything going on inside the room. They only have one shuttle so it runs every hour.

Super nice staff, clean af room, great bath products, comfy bed and soft sheets. Would def return.
Pros:

The beds were super comfortable, and the sheets super soft. The towels were really clean, and the bathroom felt like a nice spot. The room was very spacious. We liked the coffee in the room, and the fridge kept our drinks really, really cold. Free Parking. Had an EV charger nearby (like 7 min driving in a Canadian Tire Gas with lots of business nearby), but the beds and the housekeeping service were so good that even with the cons, I would go back. Also, the staff is SUPER NICE. And the shampoo, conditioner and soap were really good smell and high quality.

Cons:

Breakfast was complimentary, but there was never anyone there, so after waiting for 2 days several minutes for even someone to take our order or just give us coffee or tea, we left and ended up eating somewhere else.
Also, a bit of a sketchy neighbourhood; I wouldn't walk there at all. Lots of trailers.
Finally, the fire alarm rang one day at 5 a.m., and we went outside, but then no one told us anything afterwards. Suddenly the alarm was turned down, and people started to go back, but we had to hear from someone else that we were able to go back in. No staff was there AT ALL. No one at the front desk or anywhere really. And this was at 5am, so not late even.

Best transit hotel I’ve stayed at close to the airport with good facilities and staff

Thank God it was only for eight hours. I will never book again.
Pros:

Nothing! It was a nasty place

Cons:

Everything! The room stank the floor carpet was black. They didn’t even have pillows. They had couch cushions as pillows four of them. It was nasty. Had to wear shoes around everywhere. I’m pray to God that it didn’t have bedbugs.

I was not satisfied with this hotel, even though we went to the manager to talk about the issues listed she didn’t seem
Cons:

WiFi very bad
Shuttle buses delayed and drivers have miscommunication.
Fire alarm that woke us up at 08/23 (Sunday )5:30 AM and didn’t give us any clarification afterwards

Pros:

Airport very close by to the hotel, shuttle bus perfect to go to the airport fast and very friendly driver. Room very clean. staff in the restaurant very knowgable and great to have a conversation. Excellent services by LINDA..
