I don't think the rooms are very soundproof.
I could hear the TV and people talking in the room next to mine
The staff were kind and accommodating of my travel group's need for an earlier check in! Facilities were clean and spacious.
Not bad ok to stay for night
not friendly environment
Due to an issue with my airport shuttle pick up I was upgraded to a suite, which was perfect in every way.

the shuttle bus driver did not stop to pick me up at airport, and I had to wait more than an hour for next one. NO ANSWER when I TWICE phoned to book my ride

Run down rooms, beds that need to be replaced and paper thin walls. Guess it was clean but when the carpet is as worn out as our room was you can sweep it clean. Worst aspect was the lack of customer service. We called for the shuttle to pick us up be, and were told it be approximately 45 minutes before they could get us. We went to the pick up location and after no shuttle 15 minutes past our pick up time we called the hotel back. Turns out the “shuttle had a breakdown” but would there in another 10 minutes. Ended up having to take an Uber. As we had to stand at hotel shuttle spot for 30 minutes I can attest that the Holiday Inn Express, Hilton and 4 Points have numerous shuttles that will pick you up in a timely manner as we witnessed them. Guess the shuttle back was better but after being told to be in the lobby 10 minutes before our scheduled departure, their shuttle was still 5 minutes late pulling up for our scheduled time. Kind of funny since we were leaving at 5:40am so was in the shuttle was in the parking lot.
One consistent was their desk staff could care less. Don’t waste your money at this place.

Everything was good, place was clean, amenities was good.
Room smells old.
Loved the restaurant, the bartender from Trinidad Linda if I remember correctly was a joy and made us feel special.
