Waited ages for the shuttle from the airport so our room was upgraded. The room was very clean with a refrigerator and microwave. Very comfy bed. Slept well. Superb view of the sunrise!
No kettle in the room just a coffee machine.

Very clean and relaxing atmosphere
There needs to be more dining room availability for eating or relaxing to have a drink with big screen entertainment. The property is not close to suitable restaurants for families so they should create that dining room atmosphere. Should be open all day.One last thing is that the pillows on beds need to be upgraded as most of them have no filling remaining inside.

the airport shuttle was very good and worked on a timed schedule. The staff at reception were helpful and welcoming.
There was an issue with water leakage at my window during a rain storm. The front desk sent maintenance to look into it very quickly, but they were only able to place towels to absorb the water.
Due to the water leaking at my window I had hoped that they could move me to another room. Unfortunately they were unable to move me to another room as the hotel was fully booked. I was given a breakfast voucher as compensation.

The staff was unfailingly polite and helpful. The airport shuttle was very convenient. The room was clean and quiet.
Wifi in the room connected, but I was often not able to use even the most basic websites. I had to take my laptop to the lobby just to send a gmail. The staff tried to resolve the issue, but it never worked consistently.
