We will not return. Its the 2nd stay for us and both times our room was not clean.
Pros:

Close to Kaiser arena

Cons:

Our room was not clean. Specifically hair all over bathroom and poop stains on the toilet seat. The floor had not been swept. The hot tub had a green ring around it - we opted not to use it. The breakfast tasted like plastic.

The parking is awful! Very small area and left the garage and when we came back it was full so we had to park on the street. Breakfast was mid. Elevator was broke

Great staff and rooms
Pros:

Great staff and clean room

Cons:

Our room didn’t have a window to the outside. Would’ve been nice to have some fresh air in our room but still was good

Pros:

The room was upgraded and clean. Was in walking distance to downtown events.

Cons:

Gave a $100 deposit one worker said this would be refunded in its entirety but another one said they were charging me $16.50 for parking in the garage. I didn’t mind paying the 16.50 but disclose that upfront and allow it to be paid in cash don’t refuse to take someone’s money.

Pros:

The location was good, but the parking spaces weee tight, and hard to get into. Also, the one elevator was small, and always in use. Breakfast was good and exactly what we expected for post Covid motels that still offer breakfast.
That said, the room was big and comfortable, and clean. All of the staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The building could have used another elevator. Some of the parking spaces were tight and hard to get into, but we did like being able to park under the building

Parking was easy. Location good. Restaurants nearby. The suite was really nice. .
Pros:

Liked the suite. Lots of room except for bathroom which was a little tight

Awesome location, clean hotel, stores are nearby very comfortable room and bedding
Pros:

Good choice of breakfast, rooms were clean and did not have any smell. the bed was very comfortable. love the location everything was nearby.

Cons:

we end up using the washer and dryer after using the hot tub. I expected to have a pool, but hot tub was ok.

The suites were a good use of space. Bed/pillows were comfortable. The hot tub was a very nice feature as well.

Cons:

Breakfast was above average; not excellent. In this part of Calif it is reasonable to ask for a higher quality of fresh fruit to be served at this time of year: strawberries, melon, better apples, etc.
Unfortunately, we had a room that borders the street. There was a lot of traffic and street noise.
The extra parking fee was excessive.
