Good location
The rate was too high for the 2 day high. Hotel needs to be updated.

The parking garage spaces are really tight and it could be safer to have a gated entry to the garage
The maids and cleaner staff were amazing. Our room was so clean and homey. The front desk staff weren’t rude, but they definitely aren’t giving a luxery or warm feeling either. The breakfast was just okay, definitely not a staff problem and most definitely just the company using cheap products the staff do the best they can.
PARKING. Why am I paying for parking that fills up and I can’t use it? I had to content the front desk to have the charge cleared for one night. It was also hard to work in half of the spots in the parking garage unless you’re like on a bike or moped. Very Marie and unsafe. Elevator was very sketchy and needs a facelift bad. NO POOL. When we checked in the hotel staff didn’t tell us about the hot tub so we didn’t even get to use that. You should inquire about it having electric bike stand outside of hotel to make downtown more accessible. Overall, this place desperately need a makeover and again not a cleaning staff issue they do amazing with what they have and were the most friendly and professional staff as well. Night staff on 8/15 was the nicest front desk staff she was a younger gal and helped us make new keys. ICE MACHINE BROKEN on third floor, no food or drink vending machines. Need warmer comforters on the beds it felt like being covered in just sheets.

The Room could have been a cleaner, there was dust around the mirror frames, the bathroom floor corners could use a good scrub, the shower floor needs to be redone, there was a fireplace that didn’t work. For the money I paid it was not worth it

I cannot believe they actually advertise the pull out sofa for a suitable replacement as a second bed. It was the most uncomfortable thing I or my kids have ever had to sleep on. I raised concerns to the front desk and booking.com and neither of you did anything about it. Highly disappointed and I will not use them or your website again.
The suite was beautiful, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The facility was beautiful inside. The parking was decent, although small spaces. We walked to a few restaurants, and it was very central to a lot of activities and restaurants. It was easy to get to. We would stay there again.
We requested maintenance to come fix one of the doors to the bathroom, he came the next day and stated he would be back later. He never came back. The door didn't latch correctly, so it never closed. We had tools in our car, so my husband fixed it himself, but we attempted to let them fix it for the first 24 hours. Nope. We didn't even tell them we fixed it, but I'm sure they'll figure it out. The hot tub area needs some photos. It felt like being in an isolated white hole with a funky in-ground hot tub.
