Pros:

I’ve stayed here a few times before and I’ve never really folded the Property at all. The shower is good and the bed very comfortable

Pros:

Staff were friendly

Cons:

Small room could hardly move around the bed. Ensuit was very small as well.
Didn't need the single bed that was in the room only asked for a double more space would have been better.

A good option in a great location
Pros:

The staff and housekeeping were very helpful and good with my accessibility needs. The hotel is accessible, comfortable, clean, good location and parking.

Cons:

I had to move rooms and even in my new room i had no good hot water my whole stay, had some very cold showers. I've stayed years previous at tall trees and not had this issue so was very perplexed.

Happy with our first stay here.
Pros:

Good location, plenty of parking, quiet suburban area, clean and good size rooms.

Cons:

We checked in on Friday afternoon and the reception staff was very pleasant but she was the only staff we saw all weekend….

Cons:

The first night was ok but on the second night there were a bunch of teenagers that thought it was funny to knock on our door every hour from 12am- 4am. Not to mention yelling/arguing in the stairwell/ hallway because it echoed running up & down the hallway banging of doors all night.

Also the room was not as clean as they usually are when we stay here white stains on the carpet, stains on the couch, handprints on walls, broken door security lock didn’t work & shower leaked all over floor even with the shower door closed.

Spoke to the person at the front desk on check out & they offered a lack lustre apology but really didn’t care.
It’s really disappointing when you pay extra for a room,you are a repeat customer & this is what you get !

It was quiet and easy access for me for where I needed to go.

Cons:

The was was luke warm in the shower. Really disappointing. I had another shower in the night and let it run for ages and finally it came on, but what a waste of water to have to wait so long for it to be warmer 😞

My stay was quiet, comfy and close to where I needed to be, Mitchell and Ainslie Football Club.
Pros:

Room and ensuite were clean and tidy, although the ensuite was a little snug for one, let alone if there had been two people. The bed was comfortable and the little bar fridge was very effective. I left my hanging clothes behind in the wardrobe and once I realised, I called the Motel to successfully retrieve them.

Cons:

Use Bushell's tea bags instead of Dilmar! No soft close on the toilet seat, slam!
