Cons:

Full Scottish breakfast, however the porridge was in a paper container to make yourself. No fresh fruit available for yogurt. Rooms were stuffy, could not open window; a small fan was provided for air movement.

Overall a pleasant stay with nice food.
Pros:

Breakfast was good but unfortunately there was an issue with some glass splinters in my mixed fruit.

Great for a stop over before catching the ferry.
Pros:

All the bar staff and restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming. Our meal in the evening and breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The bed was a bit saggy.

Nice hotel and a nice stay spoilt by just one unhelpful member of staff…
Pros:

Clean inside and out…. Comfy beds and good off road parking.

Cons:

Girl on front desk wasnt helpful at all….we asked for extra towels and blankets and was told that there were none to be had yet the next morning coming back to the room from breakfast the cleaner had left a cupboard open which was full of towels and blankets/bedding …. Guess she just couldn’t be bothered…

Location was good.

Cons:

Reception was still not allocating room at 15.50 despite ourselves and another couple sitting in reception with our luggage.
At breakfast the Lorne sausage was undercooked.
