It was fine, but I wouldnt say it was worth the cost.
Pros:

Its on the water and right at the bridge.

Cons:

- Getting luggage into the property is a hassle as they dont allow parking in the front of the building.
- The elevator was out order making it more challenging to get luggage to our room.
- Rooms were disappointing, beds uncomfortable and not very clean.

La ubicación.

Cons:

Un poco sucio. Necesita reformas. No funcionaba el ascensor. El personal del restaurante deja muchisimo que desear. El desayuno no merece la pena.

A place to stay for a quick stop over.
Pros:

Nothing stood out about this stay. The bathroom was nice. This is water across the road. Our view was of the back street. Rainbow after all the rain when leaving.

Cons:

Parking was wherever you could hopefully find something. The building smelt of cigarettes. Elevator was broken. Beds were uncomfortable. Based on reviews, we decided to go to saucy Mary’s down the road for dinner.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker

Es ist viel zu teuer und zumindest in meinem Bad gab es keine richtige Dusche sondern nur eine Badewanne mit Dusch Hahn, das sind aber natürlich persönliche Präferenzen

La habitació no tenia manteniment. Molt anticuada, petita i neteja mínima. El lavabo no ventilava i feia olor a humitat. La dutxa extremadament petita.

Very disappointing and unwelcoming. So much for the so called Highland hospitality
Pros:

Very little. It’s in a great spot but that’s about it. It needs a complete overhaul. The lift was broken, paper peeling off the walls, an overall damp and musty smell. Had the ambience of a badly run care home.

Fine for a short stay
Pros:

This was all I could get in the area for my budget so had little choice but to go for it. Then read reviews which were awful, so my expectations were low. However, it was perfectly comfortable and clean and quiet and the window opened which is always good.

Cons:

Parking wasn’t great and this hotel caters to bus parties, so if you want a swift breakfast and be gone forget it, they were queued up the stairs. It’s an elderly building, so creaks in the corridors
