Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to dog owners and non dog owners. Staff are excellent. Location location
Pros:

Great location with view across the bay and to Kererra. Staff were excellent, even offering our 2 small dogs a sausage at breakfast. Food very good. Clean tidy room.

Cons:

Only 5 car parking spaces. Public parking only 5mins walk away but limited too.

Pros:

Fantastic views onto the water, ask to have breakfast in the conservatory in the front, it's a fantastic way to start your day. The rooms are really comfy, the staff is super accommodating and we got lucky to get a parking spot on the premises. (they are limited though!) Nice bar and lounge area to have a drink and read a book when you hit some rain.

Lovely location, staff, rooms, and service!
Pros:

Lovely rooms! The location with the view of the bay was wonderful and within view from the bar seating area. The staff were available and ready for our questions and requests, they even helped us out in booking our evening resturant.
Would stay there again!

Cons:

I really liked the breakfast, top quality stuff! However, both I and my family would have appreciated some sort of explanation for the breakfast, or specifically the size of the breakfast, or some sort of warning when we ordered our breakfast.
The size/amount of everything seems to be very big per order, so be aware of that when you get it unless you have a really large appetite.

Très bon petit déjeuner mais il faut avoir beaucoup de temps (ce qui peut être énervant quand on a un programme à suivre). Personnel accueillant.

Cons:

La douche n’a pas de parois et l’eau coule partout dans la salle de bain. La toilette fuit et la chasse ne fonctionne pas bien. Beaucoup d’escaliers pour monter ses bagages. Pas d’endroit pour garer le véhicule. Prix exorbitants au bar.
