Under the circumstances, staff were friendly.
Close to the city centre.
Old and run down hotel. There priority is earning from the events not the hotel!
They could renovate all the rooms including bathroom! There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby or in the room! Curpets were filthy or very old in the entire hotel! Forget AC, room table fans are dusty. Breakfast were poor quality. No vegi options!
I will not return to Britannia hotel ever or recomend to our friends and family.

Situation close to airport. Friendly staff.
Toilet in room wouldn’t flush - nothing we could do to rectify the problem at our time of our arrival, 2am. Very warm, not able to adjust temperature in room. Room very small, with tired, well worn furnishings and decor - much In need of refurbishment/ renewal.

When I booked in January I asked for our two rooms to be near to each other as we had an early flight to get up for. I would have thought with 5 months notice this could have been achieved and not to be given rooms at opposite ends of the hotel!!
The bar, food, staff, the weather made it.
