Good stay overall - toilet problems
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel during a recent education-focused conference. I felt a little sorry for anyone staying there unrelated to the conference because it was absolutely FULL of loud teenagers.
My room was comfortable and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was my toilet - it would hardly flush. When I called the desk they didn't seem surprised. Another person in my group had the same issue, so I think it might be a common problem in the hotel. Nothing was clogging it, it just had no flushing power. I had to have someone come to my room twice to fix it, which was kind of a pain.
Overall, I liked the area - it was clean and felt safe. It was an easy walk to the Convention Center and the light rail stop was right on the corner. I would stay again!

It was an ok room for an overnight stay for a concert that wasn't worth the money.
Pros:

The hotel itself is convenient and staff is always great!

Cons:

No water pressure in the sink, bed sheets had brown streaks on them on one bed. Not enough charging ports. And no refrigerator. I use insulin and this was an issue.

Pros:

Everything was very comfortable. I do need to commend your staff. They were pleasant and helpful. I watched them treat everyone with respect and kindness. Well done!!

It was good I would just have liked to have a fridge and parking elevator to be working.
Pros:

Parking was great, rooms had nice views, multiple elevators which meant not much wait for using them. Market available also at night.

Cons:

Parking elevator was not functioning which means we had to walk all the way down good thing we parked on the second floor and we could not use stairs because we had a little cart to take our stuff . I also didn’t like that our room did not have a refrigerator. I was counting on one since every hotel I have been to offers one and I took medication that needed to be cold and had to opt for using ice to keep it cold during my stay.
