An excellent hotel in the heart of Bristol.
Pros:

It was the perfect location by the harbourside with easy access to all of the sights. The hotel generally was clean and smart, with nice bar and lounge areas. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend.

The best thing about this hotel was the location and view from 6th floor
Pros:

Good location, nice big room with good view, good bathroom, quiet with windows closed

Cons:

Bed was too soft for me and pillows very squashy.

Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect. So central and everything within walking distance.

Cons:

The rooms were slightly smaller than expected but very clean with comfortable beds, and did not affect our stay at all.

Excellent location, lovely staff

Cons:

Room was near the road and it the traffic noise was very loud throughout the night, would require ear plugs to have a peaceful sleep if in one of these rooms
