Room with Mosquitoes
Pros:

Horrible experience with bugs. The room had lots of mosquitoes and I was bitten all over. They did send someone to spray the room. We went to another room and it had mosquitoes also.

Good and Bad
Pros:

Good points - excellent breakfast buffet, reasonable room and bathroom, good location (near central rail station). Tram line right outside.
Bad points - lobby is too small and lifts inadequate for a hotel of this size. Swimming pool is very small, in a sort of back garden, and tricky to access. Whilst we were there a heavy metal panel in the ceiling beneath the aircon unit fell out, and left exposed electrical wires. Although maintenance "fixed" it fairly quickly, the hotel seemed to think it was our fault for having opened the window. No explanation, no apology, made to feel as if we were the ones at fault - not very impressed with that treatment at all.

Nice on the inside - odd neighborhood
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful inside and it is conveniently located near the main train station but the neighborhood is a bit odd. The parking is also quite expensive. The room was very nice. We had a premium room with 2 twin beds and then a little area with a sofa bed but not your typical one with a wirey mattress frame. It even had a curtain that you could use to make it private. It would be a perfect room for a triple.

Good stay but a bit overpriced for one night
Pros:

We stayed here for one night and overall had a good experience. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful, which made a positive first impression. The room was a decent size, comfortable, and had a nice view to street.

However, we felt the price was quite high for what was offered, especially as breakfast was not included. Another downside was the noise from the tram and the street outside (including horses passing), which could be disturbing at times.

Overall a good stay, but slightly overpriced for one night.

Lovely hotel but….
Pros:

We loved this hotel for many reasons- location, staff, beautiful decor… however.
I know Italy isn’t really big on air conditioning but the room was so hot & stuffy. There is an AC controller on the wall, but clearly doesn’t do anything. It was warm outside during the day but chilly at night, so we opened the balcony door to try and cool the room down, but then it’s noisy from the cars & trams outside. This was in March- god only knows what it would be like in the height of summer.
Also the WiFi didn’t work at all during our stay, not really a big deal for us but some people might rely on it.
But please- sort out the room temperature, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you need aircon.

Pros:

La struttura nel complesso è bella: la hall molto, l’accoglienza da parte del personale ottima.

Cons:

La mia stanza era molto rumorosa perché in prossimità di tubature enormi che si accendevano e spegnevano per tutta la notte.
La colazione, per quanto buono il cibo come qualità è molto apprezzabile l’enorme scelta, era disorganizzata con gli alimenti che finiscono (pane, yogurt, formaggi…) e dalla cucina ci mettono troppo tempo a ripristinarli costringendo gli ospiti ad aspettare .
