Room ok, food grossly overpriced…
Pros:

The room and service were good.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant was exceptionally poor value. A £15 caprese salad had 5 x small lettuce leaves, 5 x half cherry tomatoes, and 5 x 1” cubes of mozzarella. I know that costs have increased, but this is utterly ridiculous. Even the manager was embarrassed by it.

Pros:

The room was a little cold for me, but it was no trouble at all for the front desk staff to enable me to turn up the temperature in the room to the level I liked, so I was very comfortably warm.

Chicken on my mushroom pizza, and I'm a vegetarian!
Pros:

Modern, clean room, with a nice bathroom and easy parking.

Cons:

Expensive food, but the worst is that as a vegetarian I asked for a mushroom pizza and was given one with chicken on two of the slices!
The waitress was great and very apologetic, but the manager assured me there was no chicken on it and offered to call the chef. I didn't want an argument so declined. Second time in my life I've eaten chicken and it wasn't by choice. I wonder when "the customer always being right was forgotten..."

Very comfortable, value for money and great location.
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner options were very good and so was quality.
Room was very quiet, very comfortable.
Location of hotel was very good too.

Cons:

A bit quicker, more staff on check in to avoid waiting but it's a minor point otherwise as expected with this brand.

Would recommend the hotel for a comfortable stay.
Pros:

Staff were friendly/ genuine and remembered I was from a previous stay at the hotel.
