The convenience to glasgow airport
The car park fee has risen since 2025 but my biggest dislike was they have taken away control of the heating and air con in room the control pad is locked you have to go to the reception to request it on and change temperature i understand costs for electricity are high but taking away a function which makes your room more comfortable is bit to far

I did not take the breakfast as I had an early flight but the proximity to the airport and shopping mall was lovely
I really enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. The hotel itself was clean, stylish and comfortable.
Unfortunately the coffee machine was broken and as a big morning coffee fan, this was disappointing. I didn’t like the instant coffee alternative.
The hotel was beautiful on entering, staff very welcoming.
We are a family of 4 room a very good size with 2 queen beds!
The bathroom was perfect.
Location for the airport was less than 5 minutes.

Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Staff were very attentive, chatty and pleasant.
Coffee from thermos was very weak. Coffee machine was broken but got fixed for final day.
The hotel was within walking distance to the airport which was ideal for arrival and departure date from Glasgow. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
On my departure date I had twin bed accommodations and was disappointed there were no robes. On my arrival date, the breakfast buffet was a shock. I patiently waited for the 8am service having a cup of coffee. Immediately at 8am an entire tour group converged on the buffet and practically cleaned it out. As I waited in line to serve myself I was pushed and cut in front of as individuals in the tour group rushed to serve themselves. Other patrons that arrived to the buffet only had leftovers to serve themselves. As a policy it would be considerate for such large tour groups to have a separate serving area so other patrons can be respectfully served without the chaos created by these large tour groups. On my departure date my flight was at 6am so I did not witness if a reoccurrence happened. A large tour bus was parked in front of the hotel as we left for the airport.
