We are undergoing guest room renovations from now until December 31, 2026. The pool was ok, hot tub wasn’t very hot.
Most of the experience. The night we were there, someone’s dog went to the bathroom in the middle of the hallway. It took about 2 hours before someone cleaned it up.
Also, at 4:45 am in the room directly above us a child was awake stomping on the floor and screaming. I called the front desk, they said they would look after it. Noise and stomping continued as if nothing g was done. I myself was awake for the day at 4:45 am the rest of my family,( wife and 3 teenage boys) were awake by 5:30 am.
Noise continued until we left the hotel at about 8:00 am.
All the front desk staff could say was sorry and that they understood my frustration. They obviously didn’t care that much. Paid almost 400$ for a 1 night stay, not sure if I’ve ever had such a terrible stay at a coastal hotel.
Property was clean, well-maintained, quiet and in a great location. The check-in and check-out process was easy as well.
Missed coffee bags, had to request from reception. No slippers for bathroom either.

Our AC wasnt working. It was 27 degrees in our room and the main maintenance person wasnt on shift so they couldn't fix it. All I was.given was a fan. I couldn't sleep. I might as well have slept outside.

Lovely pool and spa for the kids, gym for me. Although we didn’t use the restaurant the food and atmosphere looked lovely. Our 2nd Room was good.

The coffee in the room was unpleasant and we did not enjoy.
Very quiet. Kids were having fun at the pool, but that’s fine. At night it was very quiet.
The beds and bedding were great. Air conditioner was excellent and extremely QUIET!! Food at the restaurant, (and room service) was excellent.
View from restaurant deck was amazing. Staff was really excellent everywhere.
The bathroom in the room was fairly small. Bathtub very small and narrow. No freezer in refrigerator.
My kids loved the pool. The room was spacious. The hotel restaurant. Twelve50 severed great food! Kids menu sizes were generous.
They advertise that the hotel rooms have air conditioning. They don’t. They have central air which is controlled by the hotel. My room was 22.5 unless we had showered then it went up to 23.-24 no windows in our room to open . We all slept with just a sheet. When I called the front desk I was told I was the only one complaining about the air. I do not recommend this hotel
