• Can extend at the end of the 30 mins based on availability

We are undergoing guest room renovations from now until December 31, 2026. Pool was nice
Dirty carpet in the hallways. Pull out bed was horrible even for a 5 year old.
It was very quiet, comfortable & my Granddaughter loved the pool!

Le personnel de restaurant qui n’a pas répondu à notre demande. La serveuse est arrivée quasiment en fin de repas pour nous expliquer qu’elle n’avait pas trouvé de sel !

I stayed at the coast the night before boarding the Rocky mountaineer on day 2 . It was underwhelming at best . Tired rooms
The indoor atrium with the pool was really fun for kids and adults. I wish we arrived earlier to enjoy it a bit more! Staff were really nice and the room was spacious.

I liked the helpful staff as well their understanding to my son being sick so we had a slower packing up time
Just that when I ordered food for my boys I told the waitress 4 times and Apon leaving to wait for my order to be done I said so the burgers just have cheese on them. no sauses nothing but meat cheese and bun. She assured me yes that's how they will be when I picked them up they all had sauce pickles my boys were very hungry so this was a bit of a set back we had to wait another 20 mins
But we did get them right I'm the end

Threatened to kick my husband and I out, she had no social skills or problem solving skills,because we were in lobby talking , told us to go to our room, bad vibes all around, would not recommend because of the way the staff here treats people

Indoor pool was great, kids had a lot of fun, there is also a heated wading pool for toddlers/babies
