The staff is always top notch here. We have always stayed on the 3rd floor and this time we were put on the first floor. The restaurant is also always beyond amazing and the swimming pool area is very relaxing too.
As we were walking to our room, there were dogs barking and growling under a couple doors at us and urine spots all over the carpeting and even a couple piles of feces. It was disgusting and stunk. When we got into our room, it too stunk of heavy urine and was stagnant as no air was on. We immediately turned the air on and we left and bought cans of air freshener and lysol spray for germs. It helped once the air conditioning kicked on to cool the room and circulate the air a bit. We ended up needing to buy Claritin allergy medicine as well for the night.
We had a light supper. The coupon for a complimentary starter did not work in the restaurant. Server was not overly charming.

I was hoping for free pizza and beer when we arrived. No such luck. ;))

Bellissima struttura pulita e con ottimo ristorante interno.
Pool was nice
Dirty carpet in the hallways. Pull out bed was horrible even for a 5 year old.
It was very quiet, comfortable & my Granddaughter loved the pool!
The price was higher than I liked
Établissement propre et confortable. Situation hors du centre ville il faut la voiture.
Le personnel de restaurant qui n’a pas répondu à notre demande. La serveuse est arrivée quasiment en fin de repas pour nous expliquer qu’elle n’avait pas trouvé de sel !
