Please note there are restrictions on children's swim times. Children are permitted to use the pool facilities with a responsible adult between the hours of 08:00 -10:00 and 16:00 - 19:00.

The hotel may pre-authorize your card on arrival.

If you are intending to book our leisure facilities you will also need to book a time slot for guests under the age of 16.

Please note during the dates of the 23rd December to the 2nd January food service and the leisure are operating on limited hours all dinner reservations are required to be preordered.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

Amy was so caring and polite she checked on us several times asking if there was anything we needed and made the experience so smooth.

Food was amazing I had a curry and Hubby had the fish and chips and both would absolutely return for the food. Great portions as well.

GREAT HOTEL BUT EVEN BETTER STAFF
Pros:

Great hotel. The entrance is a bit strange, as you travel through a housing estate, but you'll be glad you did. Thi si s one of the cleanest hotels Ive stayed in, with great sized rooms and really good facilities. We came as a group of 6 in Jan 26 and enjoyed it so much we rebooked this month. But the best bit is the staff. T hey are genuinely friendly and provide great service, and thats all of them, but special mention to Conor, who seems to run all things bar and restaurant; Millie, who is either behind reception or serving drinks, and the outstanding Amy in the main restaurant. The staff are amazingly friendly and efficient. I suspect we’ll be back again.

Great breakfast and staff at hotel, comfort stay, leisure pool charge for guests disappointing
Pros:

The reception staff were great. Excellent breakfast. Good sized rooms.

Cons:

The hotel is near a residential estate despite location.

Despite the hotel having a pool they charge £10 extra for guest use. Disappointing. Did not have time to use leisure facilities but charge made it a non starter to explore.

Lovely hotel, easy access to CES for concert, with good access to taxis. We will return.
Pros:

Excellent value for money, including breakfast price.

Cons:

A loud bang above us early in the morning, with the sound of someone walking around, strange as we were on the 1st floor.

Lovely meal
Pros:

Lovely meal on the bed, breakfast and dinner deal for my birthday. . The restaurant is nicely decorated with a nice atmosphere and lots of greenery outside. Amy was our server and she was very friendly and attentive. It felt like a special meal and would recommend . Thank you
