Please note there are restrictions on children's swim times. Children are permitted to use the pool facilities with a responsible adult between the hours of 08:00 -10:00 and 16:00 - 19:00.

The room was big with a comfortable bed

The staff was courteous and i was allocated ground floor. The room was spacious and bedding was cosy.

The staff were brilliant and the breakfast was amazing.
The shower was a bit slippy when in use and I am not great on my feet so could have done with a mat just in case.
Lovely hotel once again and again the staff were the star of the weekend… Clare the breakfast chef was exceptional went above and beyond along with the help of Chrissy and the rest of the breakfast staff made it such a lovely experience.

Like last time we stayed (3weeks earlier) the room does need a little bit of tlc but that was put behind us due to the breakfast staff.

Staff on site where pleasant. Room was clean and tidy
They advertise that they have a swimming pool, they use it as their main image. When I booked the site it was on the basis of a swimming pool. But this is not available for booking.com or Experian guests. All other guests have this included. The booking on the mobile app does not communicate that there is a £10 per person per day charge (we where a family of 4, so another £120 if we wanted for all three days) if the facility isn’t included it shouldn’t even be a filter let alone a hero image to the whole listing.
Facilities that I used were excellent. Bonus was that there was a safe place to park my motorcycle.

Paying to have access to pool etc although already paid for hotel.
I love the grounds and location of the hotel it’s very modern and welcoming, the spa was excellent too.
I upgraded our room to a junior suite and found it to be very dated, wasn’t worth the extra money I paid.
