Cons:

I was placed in a handicap room which had a handicap seat in the shower. The rooms were old and outdated. I was over charged by $40 because they refuse to give me the block discount rate. There were gnats flying around in my room. The location did not feel safe.

Cons:

Emailed x2 for 1st floor room. Also called. They said just tell us when you arrive. I had a broken foot. When we arrived, No first floor rooms. I was not happy about this at all.

The pool

Cons:

The pool was nice, but our room had what hotel staff identified as a bed bug. The television also didn't work. We reported the issue immediately, and the hotel agreed to refund our stay. Unfortunately, my family and I had to leave in the middle of the night and struggled to find another hotel with availability.

Good stay good amenities would stay again
Pros:

The property was nice close to the location I was visiting

Cons:

There are no elevators to the top floor so you have to carry all your luggage up stairs so ask for a ground floor room of you have mobility problems.
