The staff here was excellent!
We have stayed here on a previous visit and the lift for disabled people wasn’t working. We were assured that it would be fixed ASAP. A year and a half later and it still isn’t fixed!
Centrally Located and the “social” on Friday and Saturday nights.
There was a pair of men’s underwear under a chair in our room…. Ummmm- we were four women! So these were not OURS! that’s really gross…online we asked for ada bathroom and we didn’t get it. When we got there, they did fix that problem for us quickly.
muy bueno
Price was very good. On Friday and Saturday nights they did cobbler and ice cream for the residents.
Very young kids playing in the hot tub. But that's more on the parents not being respectful.
The bed was a little more comfortable than other hotels we have stayed at in Branson
The biscuits were flat and hard and the gravy was thin, eggs were terrible. Everything else was just fine.
Very comfortable beds and the check in lady was very helpful and polit
it was close to downtown and the main function i came for which was whitewater river
the mattress on the let out couch needed to be replaced BADDDD. me and my grandbaby had backaches.
The staff was great the breakfast was great the room was clean would stay there again
Nothing
Breakfast good.
The only room left was the handicap room & it wasn’t very cozy. It needed some nice pictures on the walls.
Good location. The hotel itself was clean, the breakfast was good.
1. I asked for a high floor and they gave me the 1st floor. I 100% understand that they cannot always fulfill requests made by guest but when I called and spoke with the woman that was working the desk, she said I never made the request and when I tried explaining why I was calling she wouldn’t stop trying to talk over me. When we got there she changed us to the 2nd floor and the room had a huge patch of mold on the ceiling in the room with the bed and the bed was so worn out and broke down, you couldn’t roll out of the hole. When I brought it up to the staff, they didn’t even offer a different room. She just said “I’ll let someone know”.
