Will probably be our go-to stay when in Branson!
Pros:

Family suite was very accommodative to our special needs. Breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold selections offered. Somehow, missed the station for coffee located right outside in the hallway. Big elevators accommodate walkers plus luggage! Very comfortable stay.

Cons:

Possibly include a blanket in the room for those of us who need to snuggle.

Pros:

The staff was great. They were friendly and helpful. There was a real effort to make the guests feel comfortable.
The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was in good working order. The shower had hot water and good volume.
The breakfast was good. There was protein (sausage), which is really appreciated. The breakfast staff was attentive to keeping the area clean and breakfast items well supplied.
We anticipate staying here on future trips to Branson.

Cons:

The carpet outside our room was dirty as if someone had spilled some food crumbs. However, we arrived late in the evening and left the next day before cleaning staff arrived. This seemed like an isolated occurrence as the rest of the hallway was clean.

Pros:

The location was good. We had a room large enough for 7 women with 2 bathrooms. That was a plus for sure. We were there for Silver Dollar City, Southern Gospel Event. When the staff was encountered, they were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Had a descent variety available.

Cons:

The service for cleaning was non existent. The day we arrived I asked about cleaning and was told it was daily unless we put a card on the door, which, we didn't. We were there 5 days. Leaving each morning around 10a not returning until after 10p most nights. Our keys didn't work many times, only once did we get clean towels. We had to ask every night for shampoo, towels, Beds did get made once but no clean towels were left.
Although the beds were decent, they sweaked. The pillows were absolutely awful. Too hard. A couple of the ladies used jackets instead..I never used the swimming pool but after long travel day, used the jacuzzi. Too much chemical and it was not very warm. One night one of the ladies went to use the jacuzzi and there were no towels. A very large pile of dirty ones were there. The grounds were also not kept up with. All this being said. It was labor day week and they seemed to be short staffed.

Cons:

The cleanliness was not bad but the maintenance and up keep has gone downhill. Mattresses were uncomfortable and dirty. Hot tub not well maintained
