Unfortunately, there was very little I could appreciate about my stay because of the serious cleanliness issue in the room.
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was not clean at all, and I found several bed bugs on the bed. This made it impossible for me to feel comfortable or safe staying in the room.
I had already paid for my stay, but because of the presence of bed bugs and the unacceptable level of cleanliness, I decided to leave the hotel and could not complete my stay. Losing the money I had paid was preferable to spending the night in a room with bed bugs.
Cleanliness, especially the cleanliness of the bed and bedding, should be one of the most basic standards of any hotel. Finding several bed bugs on the bed is completely unacceptable.
This was a very unpleasant and stressful experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel based on my stay.

The rooms are very comfortable.
The traditional building and boutique feel. Staff were great and location great for metro. Spa was an added bonus.

המלון עצמו חדיש ונוח,מתקני הספא נהדרים ומודרנים,ובכל יום מגיעות לך 45 דקות שהבריכה המקורה לרשותך בלבד וזה נהדר (צריך להירשם מראש בלובי)
ארוחת הבוקר חמודה.
מחוץ למלון יש תחנת אוטובוס שאפשר דרכה בקלות להגיע לכל מקום בעיר ויש גם תחנת מטרו מרחק הליכה קצר.
לטובת שומרי השבת יש בית חב"ד 20 דק הליכה משם.
