Pros:

Le lit était très confortable, les peignoirs et chaussons mis à disposition, la douche à l'italienne ; le gel douche et le shampooing TYPOLOGY . Le personnel chaleureux.
Hôtel à 200 m du palais des congrès de Paris et la proximité du métro et du RER E.

Cons:

Chambre au rez-de-chaussée et les toilettes très très petit.

Room’s quite small, no option to cool down after Sauna except for a shower. Would be nice to have a ice bath or crushed ice or something.

Kamer en bed was perfect. Voor Parijs een zeer goed hotel. Normaal slaap ik niet goed in hotels

Cons:

Lift een beetje krap. Tegelijk met schoonmakers in de lift was niet zo fris

Séjour agréable et attention portée à la satisfaction client

Une écoute toute particulière quant à la satisfaction client, non négligeable pour un 4 étoiles
Les chambres étaient propres et spacieuses.
La piscine privative est vraiment très agréable.
La salle de sport est super.
Le petit déjeuner n’était pas gargantuesque mais les produits étaient plutôt bons.

Cons:

Nous avons malheureusement eu quelques petits « soucis » qu’on n’a pas envie d’avoir dans un hôtel 4* a près de 400€ la nuit…
Room service long : une bouteille de champagne qui a mis 50 min à arriver, et pas fraîche… Cependant, la directrice de l'hôtel s'en est excusée, nous expliquant que le réceptionniste venait d'arriver dans l'équipe, nous avons eu droit à un geste commerciale très appréciable.
Nous sommes restés bloqués hors de notre chambre pendant près de 20 min car la carte ne fonctionnait pas malgré nos allers retours à l’accueil. Mais l'hôtel nous a proposé un check out late afin de profiter pleinement des installations avant notre départ.
Le personnel n’est pas très avenant et souriant

Tornerò sicuramente
Pros:

L’hotel si trova in un quartiere signorile di Parigi, in una posizione favolosa per visitare l’arco di Trionfo ed è situato vicino alla metropolitana.
La struttura è curata in tutti i dettagli, il personale è gentilissimo.
La colazione veramente eccelsa per gusto e varietà!
