Schlicht, aber sauber und ordentlich
Pros:

Super Lage, weil günstige Anbindung an Trans-Canada Highway.
Klimaanlage, kostenlose Parkplätze.
Waschmaschinen vorhanden.
Bequeme Betten.
Schlicht aber sauber.

Cons:

Kein Zimmersafe;
Aufgrund der Lage hört man den Verkehr schon ganz ordentlich,

OK for one night
Pros:

Good parking, fridge in the room, key card was awkward, comfortable beds, centrally located to where we needed to be, very friendly staff

Cons:

Noisy location (busy city intersection with lots of traffic and sirens), noisy plumbing in building, expensive for a motel (but that's to be expected in Vancouver in the late summer)

Survived, even slept a bit after midnight, but wouldn’t stay here again
Pros:

Beds were surprisingly comfortable.
Shower/tub very clean & non-skid mat provided

Cons:

Location. Property at a very busy noisy intersection. Lots of loud traffic noises including horns & sirens.

Great location in North Vancouver
Pros:

The location was great. There was a bus stop right on the corner of Capilano and Marine Drive. We took the bus from that stop directly downtown. We also did a lot of walking and walked from the Shipyards in North Van back to the hotel. It did take almost a hour, but it was a great option for us. Park Royal is also nearby and there is lots of great shopping there. The staff was accommodating and friendly. We drink tea and so they provided a kettle for us to use in the room. We would recommend staying here.

Cons:

The bed was a bit hard for our liking. Other than that, there was nothing we didn't like.

Staff were lovely and accommodating. Everything was clean and crisp and smelt good. Everything we needed was not a few
Pros:

Very clean, close to everything we needed

Cons:

Inadequate kitchenette - tea and coffee facilities were disposable cups, no spoons, pod style coffee. A kettle, a couple of glasses, mugs and spoons would have made all the difference.

Schlechteste und teuerste Unterkunft unseres Urlaubs
Pros:

Leider nicht viel. Vielleicht dass wir den Autoverkehr nur wenig gehört haben, es heißes Wasser gab und eine kleine Kaffeemaschine mit Tabs da war

Cons:

Dies war die schlechteste und gleichzeitig teuerste Unterkunft unserer 20 Tage in Kanada. Zimmer sind heruntergekommen. Die Unterkunft verlangte außerdem beim Einchecken eine Kreditkartenzahlung als Sicherheit. Dies war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich.
