Good location! Not so good rooms! A guy front desk with bad customer services!
Pros:

Very good location, easy access to all of the famous locations as well as downtown.

Cons:

When we first arrived, they gave us a room with a broken AC. We requested for a room change but got an attitude from a guy in the front desk. He refused to come check the room for us and didn’t want to give us another room, saying the AC is like that, he couldn’t do anything about it. We paid over 1000$ for a 3-night stay and this is unacceptable. After trying to explain everything in 10-15 mins, finally he gave us a new room with bad attitude. We were upset about that but other staffs were so nice and helpful so I hope the hotel could train their staff better to not let 1 person makes the hotel rating goes down.

Pros:

The room was very clean and the location for our trip to the Sunshine Coast perfect. Staff very effizient and friendly.

Cons:

The Lobby and the room had a bad smell especially the shower curtain should be replaced. Also I discoverd that I had paid double the price then the actual Day rate, what surprised me very much!

Thank You, really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

ALL was great, restaurants and shopping, (even Walmart) within walking distance. Staff were pleasant, room was clean, bed 'very' comfortable. Not far from Capilano Bridge Park or Aquarium.

Pros:

We've stayed here before as it's convenient for a one night stay after arriving and before catching the ferry to Vancouver Island the following day.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike about it. It's an older hotel/motel but it offers clean rooms and there is a pool.

The staff was very very nice and upgraded our room to a king suite for free! It was good price for a pretty good quality

Convenient and comfortable at a good price considering it's Vancouver
Pros:

I was very pleasantly surprised by the fact the room had a small kitchenette and utensils so that you could cook your own food. Apparently not all rooms are like that, but the fact you can find this in North Vancouver and at the same price as another motel is great value for money.
