Convenient and comfortable at a good price considering it's Vancouver
Pros:

I was very pleasantly surprised by the fact the room had a small kitchenette and utensils so that you could cook your own food. Apparently not all rooms are like that, but the fact you can find this in North Vancouver and at the same price as another motel is great value for money.

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es ist alles sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für einen Besuch im Capilano Park und Grouse Mountain, es verfügt über reichlich kostenlose Parkplätze

It was a great place for my family to stay.

Nicer rooms than you might think
Pros:

The rooms are surprisingly nice, recently renovated and comfortably appointed, in contradiction to what appears to be a dated motel from the exterior.

Cons:

The "motel" configuration made for noisy nights as other patrons passed by the door. At some point late at night a person attempted to enter my room and made increasingly aggressive attempts when their key wouldn't work. Given that room doors are essentially accessible to anyone walking off the street, a higher level of security and greater personnel presence at night would be warranted.
