Suitable for Jubilee Hospital
Pros:

Location and staff was excellent. There breakfast was great.

Cons:

There were list of items
1- Broken Toilet seat
2- Shower Tray clogged
3- Basin Clogged
4- Lift wasn't working
5- No bags in Bin

Loved it & looking forward to my next stay in August.
Pros:

In a lovely tranquil location, away from the hub & noise of the city but within good transport links to the city. It’s an oasis & worth that extra distance to the city centre.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel,

Overall, lovely stay and close to Loch Lomond.
Pros:

Nice hotel and beautiful grounds. Didn’t realise the hotel was joined to a hospital however this didn’t matter. Breakfast was lovely and access to pool/gym facilities was included in the price. Free parking.

Hotel staff really friendly and polite. In fact everywhere we went in Scotland on our short trip, the people were so friendly and polite.

Rooms were equipped with an iron/board, hair dryer and mini fridge.

Cons:

The room was a really good size however the bed was only small. A larger bed would have been a lot better especially given the size of the room.

Kindly requested a river view however got a room overlooking the car park. Had a look in the river view rooms when the domestic staff were in there and they were exactly the same just smaller, so an additional fee for these rooms shouldn’t be charged.

Cons:

We had booked a higher quality room but, on arrival, we were told that for some unknown reason, that grade of room was unavailable. We were given another room that was ok for one night but with furniture that was rather worn and tired.

Defo recommanded.
Pros:

Big room, Excelent breakfast, friendly staff, brilliant environment with a beautiful river. This is basically a hotel for a hospital so you will see the hospital as soon as you find the hotel. Free parking and good WiFi.
