Staff were lovely, food was delicious and the rooms and hotel were very clean.
Personal preference but for us the bed was too firm.

quite packed, no chance to change single bed (twin) to double, bar closing quite early

No rooms with baths available, even although I had requested one; only basic provisions in room (towels, toilet rolls, hand wash), no tissues, shower caps or body lotion, for example, only one biscuit, and limited hot drink provision.
A used pillow case was left behind the toilet door

Large spacious room with view over loch. Best breakfast of our trip was included. Large variety of breakfast. Modern bathroom. Great price.
No microwave. Door to bathroom did not close properly unless you were in there and locked it. The toilet had a drip.
