Personnel très sympa

Cons:

Ambiance hôpital vu que l hôtel est dans l enceinte de l hôpital. Hôtel impersonnel, loin de tout, pas calme, pas typique. Je ne conseille pas.

Pros:

The breakfast didn't meet my expectations. The hot drinks is not hot enough. Not much variety to choose from. We were charge extra for sofa chair. Meanwhile when booking, it stated the large room comes with king sizes bed and a sofa however this was not the case.

Cons:

Didn't meet the standard I expected. Staff are not really friendly.

Cons:

Was disappointed in the room facilities, no bottled water, only 2 tea bags, 2 coffee bags and 1 biscuit
Having to serve yourself for breakfast is not what I would expect from a 4*hotel.
I have stayed in the hotel many times in the past when I would consider it to be 4*

Pros:

The spa facilities weee amazing. The food was delicious.

Cons:

A few of the staff were a bit abrupt. Only one or two people. Shame as everyone else was lovely. I hadnt realised the hotel was joined ro the hospital. It was a bit strange but we got used to it.
