Comfortable rooms, not the biggest but everything I needed was there and at a reasonable price.
Pros:

Everything needed was there, clean rooms and the balcony was wonderful. Staff were amazing, we got there around 3 hours before check in and asked if we could leave our baggage there til we checked in because it was to heavy to carry around shopping. They did one better and checked us in on the spot. Awesome customer service and so friendly. Thank you sunday day shift girls, love your work! And because of that I will continue to stay at the Riviera on all future visits.

I really can't complain about anything.

Pros:

Staff were good. Ideal location ,balcony room was lovely

Cons:

Parking in disabled park to be blocked in continuously throughout the week. Electric cars parking in yellow zoned area makes it impossible to move.

Cons:

I didn’t like that when you booked it tells you there is parking , when we arrived we were told there is 80 rooms and only 30 parks , parking one block away was $48 and it was not a easy task to find in the freezing cold winter evening , we will not choose to say again

Great stay for easy access to CBD, public transport and events.
Pros:

Location, access, facilities, staff.

Cons:

Toilet paper was not refilled by cleaning staff during room clean; soundproofing is urgently needed for room 217 from outside noise. Constantly hearing loud noise was not helpful.
