There was blood and stains all over the bed. I told the manager, they had the maid come change the bed. The maid bulled back the fitted sheet and there was hair and stains all over the mattress cover like it hadn’t been changed in months. Then replaced it with stained sheets again. I went asked for a refund that I wasn’t going to sleep in a dirty bed. I refused upgrade due to not trusting the cleanliness of the hotel. The manager said he will have to talk to the manager. I got my deposit back but have heard nothing of a refund

The location was close to where I needed to be.
There were random people hanging out in the parking lot past midnight, along with people in their car playing loud music and people just hanging out in the stairwell and balconies. My wife didn’t feel comfortable with all the people walking around so late at night just watching the other guests. I personally didn’t like that people were hanging out in the parking lot and staring at me taking my things in and out of my car. Another thing that bothered me were issues within the room, as soon as I turned the shower on, it stank of urine. The door also seemed like it didn’t closed all the way, like there was a gap even when the door was closed and locked. Finally the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were thin like all the stuffing had been smashed to nothing from being used for 10 years.

Staff was very helpful and room was clean and comfortable. Large, well lit parking lot. Good breakfast. Best value in area.
Nice hotel with a gym and pool/ hot tub and free breakfast.
The staff were very rude from the moment we checked in. They got upset when our key got to magnetized and we had to go have them activate a new one. Then they got mad because I parked in a parking space near the dumpster because it is the only place to park and it didn’t say no parking anywhere. It was a clear parking space. Then we left $100 security deposit for incidentals and they charged us the whole hundred dollars because I dyed my hair and I put a bag over my head, but I laid back on the pillow and got a little bit of die on the pillowcase so they kept my deposit for that
The rooms were clean and quiet.
The locks on the door were old-fashioned, and my key kept running out of whatever it takes to open the door.

Rajiv had excellent customer service. Very nice to customers and has very good manners. He is the number one reason I stayed at this hotel multiple days. He treated me with respect and kindness.

Rajiv and rest of the staff are wonderful in their service. The hotel is in a good location near the highway and yet not too noisy. It offers complimentary amenities such as Internet WiFi, gym n breakfast. I feel safe and secure in this location. My sleep is very important for me and I’m able to get that in this hotel. It provides efficient check in and out. Good value for your money. I keep on coming back to this BW location everytime I’m in Manteca.
