Cons:

Op voorhand hadden we contact met de hostel in verband met een early check-in via booking. Ze leken ons heel vriendelijk, werden direct geholpen. Maar jammer genoeg veranderde alles toen we toekwamen. Aan de self check-in melden we ons aan om 12u. Daar bleek dat we onze sleutel nog niet kregen omdat onze kamer nog niet klaar was. Desondanks we net de €16 betaald hadden tijdens het aanmelden. Hierna vroeger we de receptioniste meer info. Ze zei dat de kuisploeg elke ochtend dubbelcheckt welke kamer een early check-in hebben en dus op tijd klaar moeten zijn.
We moesten zelf boven gaan kijken of dit in orde was. Onze kamer was duidelijk nog niet proper. De lakens lagen nog over het bed, de vloer was vuil, het was nog.niet gekuist. De kuisploeg, man en vroeg, waren in de overstaande kamer bezig. Na aankloppen kregen we een nogal arrogante vrouw voor ons die er niet kon mee lachen dat we meegaven dat onze kamer nog.niet proper was, desondanks de early check-in. De vrouw begon tegen haar goesting de kamer te kuisen, terwijl ze af en toe luidop zaken zei in een andere taal. Op een bepaald moment kwam ook de man binnen die ons maar kwaad aankeek en haar aansprak. Toen de vrouw aangaf dat ze klaar was, waren nog niet alle bedden proper gemaakt. Opnieuw, met rollende ogen deed ze dit.
Tijdens het kuisen ging ik beneden vragen aan de balie naar een refund voor onze early check-in, waarbij we een e-mailadres meekregen en daarop de refund konden aanvragen. Ondertussen zijn we meer dan één maand verder en na meerdere mails ontving ik nog steeds geen antwoord. Ook op booking wordt er nu niet meer gereageerd op onze berichten. Heel teleurgesteld en alles behalve respectvol hoe we behandeld worden/werden door deze hostel.

Don't expect much from this place.
Pros:

It might be a good place to stay for one night, but I wouldn't stay longer there. The room itself was clean, but the hallway didn't look clean. There were dirty cups on the hallway floor, which gave the impression of a not-very-cozy place.

Cons:

Facilities looks a bit old. Breakfast was poor.

Super goede locatie, heel vlot om Rotterdam te verkennen. De kamer was ruim. Het personeel was vriendelijk

Cons:

Bij aankomst bij ontbijt ontbraken er steeds zaken- werden niet altijd even goed aangevuld.
We hadden gevraagd de kamer te poetsen, is niet gebeurd.
Er was een vieze vlek op de muur, en het bed was geplaatst net boven een ventilatieluik. Dat zorgde voor veel lawaai. Er waren ruimtes afgesloten in het hotel waardoor de beschrijving niet overeenkwam met wat we kregen.
