Cons:

Personeel is vreselijk, moet niks van je hebben en kijken je allemaal aan alsof het een ramp is dat je er bent. Nog nooit ergens zo meegemaakt. De bedden zijn plastic matten, de kussens zijn zo dun dat je liever op je rugzak slaapt met je hoofd.

Over het geheel genomen was ik tevreden.
Pros:

Het meeste was naar wens/volgens verwachting.

Cons:

Vanwege renovatie geen wasmachine beschikbaar. Gedurende mijn verblijf werd de prijs voor een bekertje koffie uit de automaat verhoogd van 2,70 euro (wat al flink aan de hoge kant is) in 1 keer verhoogd naar 3,20 euro. Prijzen van overige versnaperingen liggen ook erg hoog.

Pros:

The staff were very polite and friendly. The location is close to the city center and surrounded by many food options. It’s a perfect place to stay and spend a few days in Rotterdam.

Es hat auf uns keiner gewartet und dieses Hostel empfehle ich keinem.
Cons:

Das Zimmer ist überhaubt nicht so schön wie auf den Bildern.
Es ist nicht sauber und es hat gerochen, Fenster war offen und dreckig.
Wir konnten das Zimmer gar nicht nutzen, da noch eine Person drin wohnte, zuerst wurde uns gesagt, die Person hätte aus checke sollen, dann wurde festgestellt, dass die Person noch mit uns übernachten sollen und das ganze bei unserer Ankunft um 23:30 mit mir als Mutter mit 4 Kinder alles Mädels.
Die Person aus "unserem " Zimmer die abwesend war, musste laut Jacke und Rasierschaum und männlichen Duschgel, männlich gewesen sein. Das Zimmer war das letzte was zur Verfügung stand.
Ich bin so enttäuscht und empfehle es keinem dort was zu buchen. Am Ende sind wir um 01:30 mit Kindern gegangen, es hat sich keiner bei uns entschuldigt, dafür, dass man mir verspricht meine ganze bezahlte Summe zu erstatten, musste ich streiten. Die Summe habe ich bis heute noch nicht bekommen. Einpaar Schritte weiter haben wir sogar ein Hotel gefunden, dass die selben Preise hatte und auch wirklich tolles, sauberes Zimmer uns gegeben hatte. Das Personal war richtig freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
