Impossível sem ar condicionado no verão

Pros:

Het winkelcentrum zeer veel keuze van restaurants 19 minuten van het hotel

Het ontbijt was eentonig geen fruit geen keuze in koeken alleen bruin en witte pistolet kaas en salami beetje groenten en een gekookt eitje en het vuil badkamer de zeep resten zaten nog op de douche kop van de vorige gasten haar op de vloer kinderbed vol koeken kruimels de bar is 24/7 open maar toen we aan kwamen rond 16 u konden we niets maar krijgen of loop die gewoon weg niemand die Nederlands kon geen tv op de kamer maar we hebben er samen zelf iets moois van gemaakt. Maar terug komen zouden we niet doen jammer genoeg

Pros:

Great location relative to Rotterdam Centraal station and a tram line, with cafe's a short walk away including a really good vegan one. Good size room and a good continental breakfast. Responsive staff.

Cons:

Could not get the air-conditioning to work, so appreciated the two room fans.

El personal de recepción

Cons:

Sonó la alarma de incendios 2 veces,1 incluso en la madrugada. Entró un "matón" a la habitación sin nuestro permiso para hacer "fotos" porque la luz de la alarma se había quedado pillada.
Nos acusó que habíamos fumado en la habitación, cuando en ningún momento habiamos fumado.
Nos dijo que o pagábamos 250€ o nos echaban del hotel.
Al final aclaramos la situación con el personal de recepción, con esta persona no se podía dialogar, era la definición de "matón".
No hay aire acondicionado porqué es un hotel ecológico, así que ya nos veis 4 personas metidas en una habitación con un mini ventilador, sin aire acondicionado en pleno verano.

Ik kwam als vrouw zijnde alleen te liggen op een vier persoonskamer met een man die agressief gedrag vertoonde. Toen ik hier melding van maakte bij de receptie kreeg ik een downgrade aangeboden, een goedkopere kamer, zonder het prijsverschil terug te krijgen. Gemaild naar klantenservice maar nooit reactie gekregen.
