Air conditioning not working. Told it’s good enough.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel newly renovated room. Air conditioning is not working properly. It was 23.5 degrees despite our requests to fix it. They told us it was good enough for them and offered me a fan. Paying over $1000 a night here and a fan to try to cool our room is not enough. This is our 4th hotel this trip in Italy. All of them have been great service, welcoming, had a room ready early, great concierge and provided info on the hotel except this one. This one is the most expensive and a disappointment so far. A shame for such a beautiful and centrally located hotel.

Çalışanlar çok iyi çok güzel karşılandık. Otelin konumu adanın en güzel yerinde. Odalar tertemiz. Kahvaltısı italyan kahvaltılarına göre gayet yeterli doyurucu. Havuza geçiyosunuz çalışanlar hemen havlunuzu getiriyor. Checkout yaptıktan sonra istediğiniz kadsr havuzumu kullabilirsiniz. Duşumuz tuvaletimiz dışarda var diyolar. Teşekkür ederiz.

Lovely hotel with lots of great amenities in the heart of Capri.
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location in the town of Capri about a 8 minute walk from the top of the funicular. Facilities all top notch with a beautiful pool and casual patio area.

Breakfast on the restaurant terrace was wonderful, although the food selection was a little disappointing. Staff was great.

Our room was a very good size with a decent sized balcony overlooking the ocean.

Cons:

We did not get the view/balcony we expected from the images for the room type selected on booking.com. This caused a minor issue upon arrival. Hotel management helped to resolve the issue.

We were advised to contact the hotel directly to confirm our choice. (This seems to be a common thing on booking, inability to match images with specific rooms)
