Forse la posizione..

Cons:

Sotto al letto era pieno di polvere e ho sofferto tanto la notte, se non mi fossi abbassata per vedere non l’avrei mai detto
Nel mini frigo mi aspettavo l’acqua etc ma nulla
La colazione un po scarsa e dovrebbero ampliare piu le scelte di dolci e salato
La tv non andava,abbiamo provato a chiamare dal telefono ma zero totale
La porta sembra che non si chiuda cosi bene,abbiamo avuto paura che ci entrassero in camera
Dovrebbero anche spiegare ai clienti che in determinati orari non dovrebbero correre per i corridoi o far casino,perché io mi dovevo svegliare presto ma ho dormito male dal casino delle persone ai piani superiori
Dovrebbero pulire leggermente meglio sui mobili,sotto ai letti perché pieno di polvere….

Delusione immensa

La buona capacità di alcune persone dell'hotel di trovare la soluzione ad un evidente problema creato dalla struttura

Cons:

Purtroppo è in ristrutturazione, e abbiamo avuto la disgrazia di dover cambiare 3 camere prima di Verne una decente, e non dico buona, ma decente. A mio avviso la serietà di una struttura dipende molto da queste cose. Se ristrutturi, o chiudi un piano e poi lo riapri e procedi con l altro, ma non è tollerabile che si alloggi con maestranze e stanche sporche, e non è un esagerazione quando dico sporche. È la prima volta che vedo delle foto su booking ma poi una realtà completamente differente. Peccato.

La posizione e la collaborazione con il personale

Cons:

Aria condizionata guasta (ci hanno avvisato solo al nostro arrivo), camere sporche, colazione scarsa, proposta di rimborso non mantenuta e al momento ignorano le mail inviate.

Mi è piaciuta molto la cortesia del personale , sia alla reception che alla colazione, .

Cons:

La struttura è vecchia, esce pochissima acqua dai rubinetti, il soffione della doccia è totalmente intasato dal calcare, lo scarico doccia tira male e soprattutto nel cestino delle immondizie nel bagno c'erano ancora assorbenti femminili, ovviamente usati, del cliente precedente.

Torino è una città che una volta scoperta vorrai sicuramente ritornarci...
Pros:

letto comodo, colazione abbondante e servizio attento. Cordialità e disponibilità totale. Ascolto di ogni esigenza ma la struttura necessita di parecchi interventi visti i numerosi cantieri lì operativi.
la posizione a 30 minuti rispetto ai luoghi da visitare , se piace camminare è tutto comodo.

Cons:

il cantiere presente nei corridoi, la perdita di acqua nel salone che ha interdetto quasi tutti i luoghi comuni, la pulizia non adeguata.
