Pros:

Camera accogliente e pulita, con asciugamani, tv, frigo, phon, un armadio ecc. non è vicinissima al centro ma da lì si possono prendere tranquillamente i mezzi pubblici. Noi eravamo con la macchina e per trovare parcheggio basta girare nelle stradine intorno all’hotel dove ci sono i posti a pagamento. La colazione veniva servita in una stanza apposita accanto all’hotel quindi bisognava uscire dall’ingresso principale ed entrare nella porta accanto, c’erano sia cose salate che dolci.

Cons:

L’aria condizionata non funzionava e non andava neanche la ventola del bagno probabilmente un problema di areazione della stanza, l’abbiamo comunicato alla reception ma comunque non ce l’hanno aggiustata e siamo dovuti stare al caldo (fuori c’erano 34 gradi ) inoltre appena arrivati non c’erano i prodotti nel bagno( che hanno messo nei giorni successivi) e l’anta della doccia era rotta .. mi aspettavo un po di più da un 4 stelle.

Cardini della porta del bagno rotti che non consentivano la chiusura.

Presenza di un pantalone di un pigiama in un cassetto, segno di non accurata pulizia
Nessun telefono in camera. Anche per chiamare la reception serve usare il proprio cellulare e comporre un numero esterno.
Anche alla richiesta di pulire la polvere non è stato fatto nulla. Alla richiesta di cambiare camera è stato risposto che non era possibile perché al primo piano le stanze erano tutte inagibili per una perdita.
Pessima esperienza!

Le camere e la colazione non sono come riportato nelle fotografie. Rumori provenienti dal corridoio. Tutto andrebbe molto ammodernato.

Pros:

Posizione piuttosto comoda in zona tranquilla. In generale lo stile dell'hotel è molto carino.

Cons:

Ho avuto numerosi problemi. La camera era sporca, molto impolverata e numerosi capelli ovunque, dopo aver richiesto più volte in reception la sotuazione non è cambiata di molto. Il bidet era rotto e allagava il bagno, nonostante la richiesta di manutenzione, non è stato fatto nulla. Il wifi nella mia camera non arrivava. L'aria condizionata era fuori uso in tutto l'hotel con camere parecchio calde. Inoltre il cantiere dentro l'hotel per lavori di ristrutturazione iniziavano da presto per tutta la giornata con i tipici rumori.

Pros:

Style of the hotel is enchanting, both rooms and common spaces. Art everywhere and in many forms. Charm of an old style upscale hotel with a very individual touch. Nice terrace with jasmine scents in the air. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My favourite hotel so far.

Pros:

Lo staff era molto gentile, sia in reception che al bar. La reception aperta 24h è molto utile

Cons:

La struttura è ben lontana da essere un 4 stelle: la stanza era spoglia, sporca e rovinata. Il bagno aveva evidenti segni di usura intorno alla vasca e i muri bianchi della stanza erano sporchi e anneriti. Il minibar era completamente vuoto, neanche una bottiglia d'acqua presente in camera. La tenda oscurante della finestra inoltre lasciava gli spiragli laterali della finestra scoperti, e quindi la mattina la stanza è stata inondata comunque di luce costringendomi ad un'involontaria sveglia presto. I prodotti della colazione inoltre erano di di bassa qualità e molto secchi.
