You won't regret it
Pros:

It is on a pedestrian only street and really close to everything. Several bus stops nearby and restaurants on the same street. It has been refurbished so the rooms and elevators are modern.
Granada is our favorite city we visited on this trip and the hotel was really part of it. I would stay here again without question.
