Pros:

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was modern, schoon en verzorgd. De verlichting was prettig, de bedden waren ruim en comfortabel en de badkamer was mooi en netjes. Ook het inchecken verliep snel en soepel.

Cons:

We zaten op de derde verdieping. Toen we uit de lift kwamen, bleek dat we onze zware koffers nog een trap op moesten tillen. Dat was niet erg praktisch, zeker omdat er meerdere trappen waren. Gelukkig mocht dat de pret niet bederven en hebben we verder een erg prettig verblijf gehad.

Pros:

Hotel molto carino, nuovo, fresco e accogliente. Ottima posizione per girare la città a piedi, abbiamo preso il taxi solo per raggiungere l'Alhambra. Camere pulite e silenziose, nonostante Calle Navas sia piena di locali. Staff molto gentile, ci hanno indicato ristoranti a due passi dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo senza spendere molto.

Cons:

La colazione è buona ma un po' carente per la parte dolce. Purtroppo il secondo giorno non so perché la sala colazione era chiusa ed abbiamo fatto colazione al bar dell'hotel, i camerieri sono stati gentilissimi ma non è la stessa cosa.
