Only amenity they actually had to use was the wifi. Pool closed washer dryer broken breakfast closed

No breakfast it was closed every day

Cons:

Cleanliness of house keeping and fixing the on site washer and dryer to work properly! Washer and dryer dont work, the place has people living in the back part of the hotel constantly selling and smoking weed. Theres cops there every day ! Fights arguments at 3am . Rooms was clean when we got there but I left for the day came back hoping my room would have been at least swept and trash taken out and clean towels to only seeing they took 1 can of trash ( the bathroom ) and did nothing else! I also booked 2 rooms months in advance asking for 2 rooms next to each because I had my 70 year old mother with who has a hard time walking and caring for herself. Needless to say that didn't happen they gave us 2 rooms down from each other on the 2nd floor where there are nothing but stairs. Iv never seen a hotel that had so many people who live in it like its some hood rat high-rise. Every license plate on that property was in state but mine and 1 other !

value of the room. the front desk staff Tpnya was very nice. The manager was accommodating as was the maintenance man. nothing else.
close proximity to the main city.

Cons:

there was no plug in the bath tub.
The door key did not always work
Big flaw. The pool was broken and my 2 year old granddaughter was with us and could not enjoy the pool

Everything. The hotel was trashy and false advertisement all around. Bathroom door didn't close. Drug deals in parking lot. Used needles in parking lot. Dirty. No pool yet advertised a nice working pool.

I would happily stay again
Pros:

Lots of pet friendly outdoor areas :) I have stayed here several times over the last few weeks due to working in the area, the rooms I have stayed in at this facility have always been CLEAN, had HOT water, COMFY BEDS, and plenty of towels and working AC. Easy access to the highway, lots of things to do close by.

Cons:

Lots of guests in the hallway hanging out smoking all types of stuff that makes it smell badly, sometimes coming in through the air conditioner.

It was Ok, too many smokers sitting around at all hours.
Pros:

Good location, fairly easy on/off of 95. Close to shopping and fast food. You can walk to the Premium outlet mall that is across the street.

Cons:

Even though the rooms are nonsmoking, all of the smokers just sit outside their door and puff away and listen to their electronic devises at all hours. The smell of the cigarettes still comes in the room thru the ac vents.

Pool was down my whole stay
Pros:

The staff is great clean rooms and quick responses

Cons:

No pool activity and there was an incident that happen woke me up out my sleep along with the rest of the motel a man was beating on theses ladies in the room 2 doors down
