Cons:
Restaurant perceived as somewhat expensive

Categories

Cleanliness
9
Consistently described as very clean: spa/pool and renovated rooms cited as 'très propre' and 'propre'. Minor issues reported (shower head problem) but overall cleanliness is a strong positive.
Service
9.4
Staff repeatedly praised as friendly, professional and attentive (accueil très bien, personnel aux petits soins, geste commercial). Service is a standout strength in multiple reviews.
Location
8.2
Mixed mentions: convenient for the golf (proche golf) but noted as relatively far from the town by one reviewer; location not frequently discussed so considered above average but not exceptional.
Room Quality
9.2
Renovated/Prestige rooms described as modern, stylish, spacious and comfortable with good beds and amenities. Some variability noted where older rooms showed wear, so overall very good with occasional exceptions.
Amenities
9.3
Spa, indoor pool, hammam and sauna repeatedly praised; ability to reserve spa time appreciated. A few comments about small spa area and one booking conflict, but amenities are a clear highlight.
Value for Money
7.6
Several mentions that the restaurant is a bit expensive and the hotel feels pricey given its distance from town; value is therefore seen as slightly below the hotel's overall quality.
Food and Beverage
9
Food and breakfasts widely praised as delicious and extensive ('qualité des petits déjeuners', 'diner was heerlijk'). A few notes about breakfast organisation issues but overall a strong F&B offering.
Overall Experience
7.9
Many reviewers report a very pleasant or excellent stay, praising rooms, spa and staff; however recurring issues (room variability, occasional spa booking conflicts, small spa space, some operational hiccups) moderate the overall score.

Pros:

Freundlichkeit des Personals und Lage des Hotels

Cons:
