Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. This hotel makes life easy for your trip.
Pros:

The location is just 3 minutes from the very sandy beach in Tel Aviv.
The Queen suite room we booked had 2 toilets and a bath and a shower.
A large refrigerator sink and microwave made breakfast and lunch easy for us and for our evening meal you can walk just 5 minutes to many restaurants and fast food locations.
Supermarkets are everywhere and open early to late.
The airport is less then 30 minutes by Taxi or take a 15 minute train ride into town and continue by bus number 4 to the hotel.
Free hot drinks in the hotel reception.

Cons:

Only 1 lift in the hotel.

Pros:

Wonderful hotel in a great location. We stayed many times in nearby hotels in Tel Aviv and found this hotel a great choice. we took a junior suite which was clean and very comfortable for our family (4), it has a kitchenette, 2 rooms with separate bathrooms, TVs, ACs, and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The shower pressure was a bit weak but not a real issue.
The reception and the house keeping staff were very welcoming and treated us with a smile. We celebrated birthday and they offered us drinks and let us stay longer.
The location of the hotel can't be better. close to the beach and to restaurants. It has a private parking for an affordable fare which is a big bonus.
The hotel has a small and decorative lobby with free hot drinks and soft drinks that you can buy. it has a nice gym that we didn't use this time, runners can find a great jogging track along the beach.
All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return in our next vacation in Tel Aviv.

un hotel agreable, à 2 pas de la plage, des commerces, et du centre ville
Pros:

Hotel propre face à la mer et en proximite direct du centre ville.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et proposent un coin cuisine.
le personnel est très accueillant.
un coin café est accessible 24/24 au lobby

The room was spacious and just the right size for three adults.
There was a small, clean refrigerator.

We celebrated a birthday, and they kindly treated us with wine and chocolate.

The room had two bathrooms and a very comfortable shower, which made getting ready much easier.

There was hotel parking available for a fair fee, which made things very convenient upon arrival.
