Comme à chaque fois très bien accueilli par deux des réceptionnistes ( homme). Ils sont adorables et très souriants

Cons:

Très mauvais contact avec la responsable ou gouvernante. À l’avenir je ne souhaite pas avoir à faire à elle. Elle est désagréable.

Il y a deux réceptionniste, un afro descendant et un qui est plus âgée avec des lunettes ce sont des pépites adorables agréable souriant! J’adore

J’ai l’habitude de booké cet hôtel, malheureusement lors de mon check-in il y avait une femme sur le côté qui ne s’occupait pas de mon checkin de base vu qu’elle était en passation de consigne, je pense que c’est la gouvernante ou responsable. Très très désagréable. À l’avenir si c’est elle au comptoir, je change d’hôtel.

Pros:

Très bon accueil à l'arrivée et tout au long du séjour. Hôtel à 2 pas de la gare SNCF. Chambre très agréable. Très bon petit déjeuner (large choix de produits).

L’emplacement et surtout la gentillesse du personnel aussi bien le gardien de nuit que l’accueil de jour. Et la femme de ménage qui m’a prévenue que l’on avait oublié un vêtement ds la chambre, ils me l’ont expédié !!!!
