NO ELEVATOR!? how can that be for a 2 story hotel when luggage needs to be dragged up the stairs. sister had to cancel out coming because room was upstairs and she cannot do steps, plus I needed the room i asked for...3 double beds
Staff was friendly and available. Breakfast had a variety of choices. Something for everyone. Location was great. Close to the lake and easy to get to attractions
The weather which no one can control. Didn't rain every day. Went at the end of the summer season so some shops were closed. But enjoyed shopping at the ones that were open

Breakfast was hot and they did not let things run out. I would have liked some orange juice.
The shower had great water pressure. The toilet was at the perfect height. I have back problems and have a difficult time getting off the lower toilets.
The bed was a little hard for me. But fine for my spouse.
There was not enough seating in the breakfast room, so we had to take our food back to the room, but we had a dinette set in our room.

It was the hardest bed I have ever slept in. Got a horrible night's sleep and woke with an aching back.

It is located at Erie lake. In the morning we enjoyed scene of lake and walked along the lake side. There was small light house and park.

The breakfast was great! We ate it every morning. Always fresh and hot. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Nice pillows, too!
I can't think of anything.
My husband and I have stayed here twice a year, every year, for the last 4 years. It is always been clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast is above average for a free hotel accommodation.
