Quietest Hotel Ever! Didn't know anyone else was there.
Pros:

Probably the quietest hotel in which I've ever stayed. Only knew there were other guests due to the parking lot being full every night when we came back from a day out.

Cons:

Hotel in general is a bit outdated even though it has been recently remodeled. Our king size mattress definitely needed to be replaced (huge hump in the middle and weak on either side). Glad we bought an extension cord as there are not enough outlets next to the bed for modern day electronic charging and CPAP needs.

Smelled like wet dog, moldy, and a tremendous amount of hair in the bed that clearly was not washed from the previous guest. Very unresponsive staff and lack of care to do anything to help the situation.

Great Deal On A Near-Lakefront Hotel
Pros:

We stayed here before the tourist season began and loved it. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Their breakfast was standard fare - powdered eggs, sausage, waffles, etc., but I enjoyed it. They had an outdoor pool which was closed for the season. The hotel and our room faced toward the lake shore, Lake Erie, which was basically right across the street. There are other points of interest walkable from the hotel - restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I don't know what they charge for a room during the high season but we are already planning our next visit for the fall. This was a very enjoyable stay.

Pros:

I only had an apple some apples were soft.

Cons:

Back doors locks not working had to walk around the building to the front, Too cheap to repair the broken card readers.
They said security reasons Fibbers, No power working out side to charge boats battery

Good for a "budget" hotel.
Pros:

Directly across the street from Lake Erie and a very good seafood restaurant. Next to various chains and a good grocery store. The room was basic but VERY clean and VERY nice. I was able to control the HVAC unit in the room from the actual unit. I didn't have to search for a wall thermostat. The front desk staff were wonderful. The included breakfast was basic and not the best. But that's not my main concern. It is DEFINITELY pet friendly and many of the staff wanted to pet our dog, Henry.

Pros:

the check in staff was great, and the housekeepers were so nice!

Cons:

our toilet did not work. the late night staff literally told us we had to turn the water off and then back on ourselves but they new it was broke. there were multiple people in our room and we had to wait more than hour in between to use.

Short stay for a fishing trip and it met our needs. We stay there every summer when we come fishing.

Will not stay there again. The room was set up for a handicap person, never saw that before!

The location and the employees were great.

When you walk in it smells like sewer. The sheets smelled like an old man slept there the night before us. Where they changed?
