Excellent location. Room was very nice and clean. Comfortable bed and plenty of room for the luggage.

Location was good although very busy outside due to the bus station, the noise was not heard inside the rooms
The room was small and the décor was very tired. There was a problem with the plumbing (old hotel) therefore, the room smelt of sewage and drains. When we told reception it was ‘old plumbing’, they did offer to move us rooms. We were at the hotel for 7 nights and still never found the door for the Bar Terrence. The Bar did not open until 5pm and it was not open every day. The breakfast was basic but nice.
Check you invoice before you leave, the hotel had overcharged us by 500 euro, we were charged for 4 breakfasts for 7 days instead of 2 breakfast for 3 days. The Bar bill was incorrect too
It was very close to the train station which was very useful. But the hotel was absolutely stunning, the staff were kind and patient and our room had air-con! It was a fantastic stay and I would happily recommend it to anyone, a fantastic experience.
I did not discover the pool table until it was too late!
Locality, in the centre of Tours with plenty of restaurants around the area .
Close proximity to train/bus station & public car park which hotel has a special rate.
Large, spacious room with doors that open onto small balconies.
First room was not what was expected and was in need of refurbishing, booked a premium double but it was not what booking.com advertised. I spoke to a lovely lady on reception who managed to move us , second room was 100% better and exactly as advertised.

L'emplacement est très bien pour visiter Tours. Le personnel est accueillant. Le confort de la literie est tres agréable.
Le petit déjeuner... je m'explique... il est servi jusqu'à 11h et nous sommes arrivés à 10h30 en salle. On s'est alors rendu compte que certains produits n'étaient deja plus réapprovisionnés comme les œufs pour se les faire a la coque, les œufs brouillés et le lard qui va souvent avec, les yaourts aux fruits.... dommage pour un hôtel qui se veut 4 étoiles.
La propreté du grand hall d'entrée n'est pas top non plus avec beau de feuilles mortes qui jonchaient le sol et un grand tapis d'accueil tout de travers... ca fait bizarre quand on rentre dans un hôtel 4 étoiles 😞.
L'hôtel est globalement vieillissant.
