Ein traditionsreiches Hotel mit viel Potenzial in ausgezeichneter Lage von Tours.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Grand Hotel Tours und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Besonders überzeugt hat uns die hervorragende zentrale Lage direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof. Die Altstadt, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar – ideal, um Tours zu erkunden.

Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist das direkt neben dem Hotel gelegene Parkhaus. Es ist überwacht und wird ab 23:00 Uhr abgeschlossen, sodass wir unser Auto während des Aufenthalts mit einem sehr guten Gefühl dort stehen lassen konnten. Zudem sind dort zahlreiche Lademöglichkeiten für Elektroautos vorhanden.

Unsere Zimmer waren angenehm ruhig, sodass wir trotz der zentralen Lage sehr gut schlafen konnten. Auch das Frühstück hat uns überzeugt: eine gute Auswahl an frischen und hochwertigen Speisen, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war.

Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel mit freundlichem Service, hervorragender Lage und hohem Komfort. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten.

Cons:

Ein paar kleine Kritikpunkte gibt es dennoch: Der Charme des historischen Grandhotels ist an einigen Stellen etwas verblasst. Das Gebäude hat zwar nach wie vor eine schöne Ausstrahlung, könnte aber in einigen Bereichen eine behutsame Auffrischung vertragen. Außerdem entsprach die Anreise nicht ganz den Informationen auf der Website. Dort wird angegeben, dass man zum Be- und Entladen bis vor das Hotel fahren kann. Das war bei unserem Aufenthalt leider nicht möglich, was das Ausladen des Gepäcks etwas umständlich machte.

Très bon séjour. Literie, accueil, insonorisation, chambres au top.

Cons:

Deux bémols : des moquettes tachées et un petit déjeuner à améliorer, nous sommes arrivés à 9h45 pour une fin de petit-déjeuner à 10h30. Plus de brouillé, plus de viennoiseries et le personnel commençait à ranger devant nous
