Good, could be cleaner
Pros:

Nice size of room for the value. Good security with elevators needing key card activation. Yummy breakfast.

Cons:

The bathtub wasn't clean.

We stayed onite only, we slept well so I believed it was a good stay overall.
Pros:

Room was ok, washroom very clean so with the beddings . I slept well.

Cons:

We can hear noise from other room and the sound of water from their washroom. Also, the carpet in the hallway needs deep cleaning as it smells damp and moist. Maybe you should not allow guests to get out of the swimming pool area and go back to their room still wet, this makes the carpet damp and moist. Refund was not credited back immediately as we checked out. Deposit shall be processed as a hold only and not charged so it can gets reversed as soon as we checked out.

Clean and staff were great!

Cons:

The temperature of the rooms was exceptionally warm and could not cool down. Three days and it only went down two degrees.

Great nights sleep.
Pros:

Well lit room (227) with comfortable bed. Good quality bed and bathroom linens, full breakfast. Walking distance to supermarket and food outlets. Access to Netflix.

Cons:

Basin in bathroom was leaking. Called reception to advise, but phone not working. No guest laundry.

The rooms view was great! Also the breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

The room was so hot. The AC did not work. The elevator was very confusing to others so it was sometimes a very king time before we got to our floor.

Cons:

Temperature of the room. Could not get it below 24c without opening a window as the thermostat could not turn the temperature down below 24c, due to the compressor being off for the winter. The ability to turn the temperature down to a comfortable 20-21c would be good.
