Use to stay there all the time, hadn’t been back in about 5 yrs and the quality and overall experience has gone way down hill

Sta by name Jaspreet, Alisha and Harmeet were found helpful and nice in their dealings.
Pros:

Room was neat and clean; AC was good; beds were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I don't remember reading anywhere whether the client wanted cleaning or change or replace towels, etc. That said it's better if the client can opt no need to clean or enter the room, if that's their choice!

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

The room was very clean, the temperature comfortable, the mattress was excellent. Nice coffee and breakfast. Quiet. Great clean gym. The pool was too small for laps but would be excellent for a relaxed morning with the kids. The pet fee and rules are reasonable and better than some other hotels.
