Location. Breakfast freshly cooked.

Cons:

Needs sprucing up. Shower was in need of repair. Worked but very difficult to use.

Unexpected gem of a hotel
Pros:

Our room,
Location of hotel.
Breakfast was delish
All staff were very pleasant.
Ian at reception was so helpful, friendly and made us feel so welcome.

Cons:

No A/C in our room although it did have two plug in fans.
We didn’t like… LEAVING :)

Bei 33 Grad Aussentemperatur (was wohl in London im Mai eher selten passiert) wurde es enorm heiss im Zimmer. Auch nachts war es kaum möglich zu kühlen, da sich nur zwei sehr kleine Fenster öffnen liessen. So war es sehr stickig im Raum. Es gab zum Glück zwei kleine Ventilatoren, die halfen ein wenig.

We just needed somewhere to stay for the night that was local.
Pros:

The double bedded room had air conditioning and was very pleasant.

Cons:

My twin bedded room did not and was not very pleasant. Unfortunately the kitchen was so busy that they weren't able to fulfill our breakfast order, so we had to leave without any.
