Pros:

Mi-a placut extarordinar de mult cladirea. Mi- a depasit asteptarile. Micul salon emana un calm si o serenitate.
Gradinita- mica si placuta. Imi venea tot timpul sa exclam- nice!!!!!
Usurinta cu care am ajuns in centrul Londrei. Statia de metrou Swiss Cottage era foarte aproape.

Cons:

Baia. ar fi putut fi mai confortabila.

Le petit déjeuner !
Avant, la personne au petit déjeuner prenait DIRECTEMENT la commande quand on arrivait.
Depuis mes derniers séjours, ce n'est plus le cas et c'est bien domnage. On doit d'abord s'asseoir et ensuite passer la commande. On reçoit dans un premier temps le café et plus tard le reste. Une perte de temps inutile et désagréable. En plus les 2 dames manquent d'amabilité.

During our stay, at around 3am, we woke up to a significant amount of water pouring through the ceiling of our room, including through/around the ceiling light fitting. Shortly afterwards, both the bedroom and bathroom lights stopped working, which was obviously quite concerning given the amount of water involved.

The night receptionist was helpful and moved us to another room immediately, which we appreciated. However, having to pack up and change rooms in the middle of the night was extremely disruptive.

The most disappointing part has been the follow-up. Reception advised me the next morning to contact the hotel manager, which I did. I have since sent two emails and, almost a week later, have received no response or even an acknowledgement.

I completely understand that unexpected maintenance issues can happen, but I would have expected much better communication and follow-up after an incident of this seriousness.

Buona sistemazione ma interni da rifare
Pros:

La posizione è buona, attaccata alla fermata della metro. La pulizia è sufficiente, lo staff sempre disponibile. Buona anche la colazione. Esternamente la struttura è molto tipica.

Cons:

Gli arredi ormai sono vecchi e malandati. Le tende strappate, la carta da parati staccata in diversi punti e sporca. In bagno i lavandini gocciolano continuamente e manca il frigorifero.
