quiet place, convenient location and several eateries and grocery stores nearby
Pros:

the hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, very close to the underground station. the breakfast was good and the staff were very cordial and welcoming

Cons:

there is no aircondition and a small fan was available, but tucked way inside the closet. There was no response when contacted by whatsapp as suggested in the room directions.

Atendeu as nossas expectativas, otima localização e cafe da manha perfeito.

Nossa experiência neste hotel foi boa. O atendimento da equipe foi sempre cordial, atencioso e prestativo, principalmente da colaboradora Beatriz, fazendo com que nos sentíssemos muito bem acolhidos. As acomodações eram confortáveis, limpas e organizadas. Sugiro apenas um aparelho de ar condicionado no Verão. Cafe da manha muito bom.

De ligging van het hotel.

De waterstraal is echt zo slecht. Met lang haar is je haar wassen echt een uitdaging.

Ældre hotel, men hjælpsomme personaler. Især receptionen var fantastisk.
Pros:

Super dejlig morgenmad, kunne vælge mellem, tre forskellige. Fik omelet hver dag, med dig. Kan stærkt anbefales🥰

Cons:

At morgenpersonalet stresset os ved morgenbordet fordi vores børn kom senerer til morgenbordet. Og presset os til at spise og komme væk fra vores bord til 4. Så vi fik kun morgenmad sammen 2 gange på de 5 gange vi skulle have morgenmad.

Comfortable but stay marred by broken lift

Cons:

We have mobility problems and specifically asked for a ground floor room. We were informed that as the lift was working we had been allocated a special room on the first floor. Unfortunately most of the time the lift was not working

Great location for our trip to see a concert at Wembley. Quiet location. Good transport links. Nice big rooms. Comfy bed and nice linen.

Cons:

Although seemed clean, close inspection showed a few areas that needed bit of attention. Not the nicest smell in the bathroom on arrival. Could hear guests above us walking around but wasnt really much of a problem as only heard them in the morning.
