Very disappointed, especially the price that I paid
Pros:

There wasn’t much alike. It wasn’t very clean. The bathtub was very slippery that my son fell.

Cons:

Not clean at all the doors facing like the door jams were rotted exposed wood. The floors in the bathroom weren’t clean. The bathtub was so slippery. You couldn’t stand up in it without falling I could go on and on.

Cons:

Spill in elevator left for several hours and never cleaned up. The door that connected our room with some other room had a faulty lock so in the middle of the night the other guest tried to get into our room! Told Erica at reception the next am and she was not interested or helpful. The air conditioning unit appeared to emit a lot of dust.

Good, comfortable, safe place to stay
Pros:

Friendly and helpful front desk staff and manager. Room was very comfortable.

Cons:

Very satisfied. Only one issue which was was corrected on request. Our first assigned room had loose door hinges, so we could barely open the door. But the front desk person apologized and gave us a new room.

Hospitality and location was great but needs improvement on room cleanliness.
Pros:

Staff was very personable and the morning breakfast buffet was decent.

Cons:

Room was not very clean. Stains on furniture and rugs. One of sinks was not working . Pullout couch mattress was thin and stained. Had to get linens fur pullout couch and whatever was a sheet with a big yellow stain on it.
