I did above excellent
Pros:

Beautifully decorate , loved the 5 oclock cocktails in the Lobby with Daniel he was knowledgeable and nice, also the concierge Mackenna very nice I asked for a bag of tea and she went above and beyond. I loved the restaurant next to the Hotel we were exhausted and hungry great choice.
the food was outstanding and Johanna was great she gave us chocolate at the end of our dinner definitely go back.

Would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The Renaissance is located within walking distance of the historic district. It was spacious and beautiful! The staff was friendly and welcoming, too!

Perfect place to stay if you want to explore St Augustine
Pros:

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday. It was within walking distance of all of downtown St Augustine. The hotel is very nice, the room was great

Relaxing and enjoyable
Pros:

Johanna 9bar) was so responsive and delightful. She accommodated us, as we wanted to watch the WNBA game as we enjoyed drinks and food at the bar. She also talked#+us about the scotch flight and we ordered it later with dinner.
Also, our dinner server (Dasha?) was an excellent server and made sure my birthday dinner was perfection.

We had such a nice stay! Would do it again, but without valet parking.
Pros:

Such a beautiful building inside and out, and it was super close to downtown. You can walk everywhere in downtown safely from the hotel.

Cons:

The valet parking was too expensive.

A few minor disappointments but overall we enjoyed our visit to St Augustine.
Pros:

The restaurant is excellent. The location is very close walk to many sightseeing activities. Easy access to come in or leave out. Valet is convenient.

Cons:

Noise level from other guest, and yes I reported it at front desk and the young woman I reported it to could not have given less response. She did not care!
Some of our lights in the room were not functional. She didn't care about that either. We just worked around the light situation. We were not given soap for bathroom sink but I handled that on my own too. Disappointed as we had the most wonderful stay last time.

I did not like having to pay $40 for the valet. It should be complimentary if there is no option for us to park on site on our own.
