Beautiful lobby, friendly staff
Pros:

It was clean, the lobby is beautiful. Our room was a good size, nice shower with good water pressure. Beds comfortable. There is a small gym, laundry room, and small outdoor pool. Great location and walking distance to all the main attractions. We will be back.

Cons:

Noisy at times throughout the night with people opening and slamming their doors. The light in the hallway was very bright and I could see it under our door and reflected in our room.

Das Bett und die Kissten sind sehr bequem, Aussicht ist super, die Lage ist ebenfalls Top.
Nur in ein paar Minuten ist man direkt in der Altstadt

Pros:

Beautifully decorate , loved the 5 oclock cocktails in the Lobby with Daniel he was knowledgeable and nice, also the concierge Mackenna very nice I asked for a bag of tea and she went above and beyond. I loved the restaurant next to the Hotel we were exhausted and hungry great choice.
the food was outstanding and Johanna was great she gave us chocolate at the end of our dinner definitely go back.

The Renaissance is located within walking distance of the historic district. It was spacious and beautiful! The staff was friendly and welcoming, too!

Perfect place to stay if you want to explore St Augustine
Pros:

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday. It was within walking distance of all of downtown St Augustine. The hotel is very nice, the room was great
