Convenient, value for money, the staff were FABULOUS as they were ALL so friendly.
Pros:

It was up the hill and a little walk away from the city centre (perfect for me as it was in a calmer and quieter location) but with great access to really good restaurants, breakfast/brunch cafe, shops and Louise metro. Rooms were clean. Cucumber water and lemon water and delicious red apples were nice complimentary touches at reception.

Cons:

The planters immediately outside of the reception needed weeding and planting up with flowers as it wasn’t a very inviting place to sit. I think it served more as a car parking access area in the main.

Confort Hotel with a historic touch
Pros:

Cozy hotel, a little dated but in good conditions. Rooms very clean and with space. The bed was confortable. Good location, yu can walk to the center of Brussels in 20 minutes . Great staff.

Un très bon sejour
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, très central.
La taille et le confort de la chambre.
L'excellent petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Dommage que la machine à café ait été en panne...sans possibilité de la changer.
Le personnel, professionnel certes, n'est pas très impliqué.

vriendelijk onthaal - de ligging is perfect voor een stadsbezoek - openbaar vervoer in de buurt

Cons:

het ontbijt was op zich lekker maar zo slecht brood.... en dat in een stad dat zoveel te bieden heeft aan goeie bakkers - kon beter
