My bathroom shower was not working, took forever to fix it
Pese a que el hotel estaba en reformas, nos sirvieron el desayuno diariamente en la habitación
las obras que se están llevando a cabo, aunque serán por un bien mejor
Le lit était confortable ,
L’emplacement.
L’accueil était très désagréable .
Mr.P ( un Mr d’un âge avancé qui travaille là depuis 16 ans)nous parlait sans respect et nous a même proposé d’aller voir ailleurs si nous n’étions pas contents.
Le hall de l’hôtel est en travaux( chantier) ; bruits des ouvriers, sonneries qui dérangent alors qu’on a bien posé la fiche « ne pas déranger.. » ; pas de petits déjeuners car la salle de restauration est en travaux . Mini bar vide sans même une bouteille d’eau. Linges de salle bains délavés, chasse d’eau sans débit d’eau suffisante…
On était pas prévenu de tous ces désagréments quand on faisait la réservation.
Le jour du départ,la réceptionniste( une dame très correcte)nous a présenté des excuses, et nous a dit que l’hôtel allait être fermé pendant 1 semaine pour cause des travaux à partir du 07 septembre.
La habitación y atención personal muy bien, pero zona recepción y salones en reforma por lo que no puedo valorarlo.

Everything was amazing!!!! The room was super spacious, the staff were extremely friendly, and the whole process was smooth. Location wasn't bad for Brussels either.

Wasn’t informed of construction at the hotel at time of booking. Some minor inconveniences.
