Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage in schöner Anlage, sehr schöne Hotelbar im Klosterambiente

Cons:

Zufahrt war bedingt durch Baustelle sehr schwierig, Frühstück im Hotel deutlich überteuert, daher nur einmal genutzt

Locatie. Hartje centrum

Kinderen tot en met 11 ontbijten 'gratis' mee.

Cons:

Oude deel (klooster) heeft inmiddels gedateerde kamers qua inrichting. Ik ben er 3x in 10 jaar geweest. Je kan beter in het nieuwe deel een kamer boeken.

Parkeren is 30 euro per nacht. Fijn dat er parkeerplaats is onder het hotel maar erg duur.

Voortreffelijk
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Mooie kamer en vooral alles super netjes. Zeer beleefd, vriendelijk en hulpzaam personeel. Ligging in het centrum van de stad in de nabijheid van de universiteit. Dit kwam goed uit voor het congres dat we er volgden.

Cons:

Plumbing in my room - lack of dreainage for washbasin.

Taxin from station to hotel unsatisfactory. Road works made for long journey (26 euros) and driver seemed not to know best route!1

Veel te duur voor de kamer en daarom geen 4 sterren waard.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was zeer goed en uitgebreid, niks op aan te merken. De ligging van het hotel is ook dicht bij het centrum.

Cons:

De hygiëne op de kamer waren ondermaats daar de zwarte meubels vol stof lagen en de badkamer niet zo proper was, met name de douche had heel veel kalk en zeepresten en duidelijke sporen van lekkage in het verleden.
De matrassen waren veel te zacht.
In de bar liep een muis, de barman liet verstaan dat deze er al even zat. Zeer onhygiënisch!
Bij het afrekenen liep het mis en hiervoor heb ik zelf tot 2x toe telefonisch contact moeten leggen en uiteindelijk na 2 weken is het opgelost geraakt.
