Pros:

Reception desk by the front door very pleasant and professional for check in and check out she does a wonderful job she should get a raise.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been a little better some of the omelets were burnt around the edges and they had no plain eggs

The room was clean and seemed updated.
Sheets and towels were crisp/clean no stains.
I stay here once a month when I visit family.
Although it is your average
3-star hotel, the price, location and it’s cleanliness make it a five star hotel

Cons:

Have no complaint at all about any of the dozen times I’ve stayed here.

Unfortunately, this stay was a complete letdown and not something I would recommend to others
Pros:

Unfortunately, the location was the only positive aspect of my stay. Beyond that, the overall experience was extremely disappointing and fell far below expectations.

Very disappointing stay and poor value for money. The property did not match the description or photos advertised. The rooms were dirty, with sticky carpets, broken amenities (microwave and coffee machine), and even missing basic items such as a shower curtain. We had to change rooms due to the condition of the first room.

Despite having an approved early check-in request, we were made to wait in the lobby with our senior-citizen parents after a long flight. Additionally, there was no drinking water available at reception or in the vending machines.

Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards were far below expectations. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property to others.

We learned to never book a non'refundable room again, even if it is preceeded by a good reputation.
Cons:

The surroundings & neighborhood did not represent what we saw in the pictures of the booking. We did not feel safe to stay there in that atmosphere, even tho the price was good for the room, but nothing like other Quality Inn's that we've enjoyed before. A couple examples: We prefer second floor for security, but elevator was not working. Grandmother cannot do stairs. The toilet seat was smaller that the bowl, wierd. The view from our window was construction equipment and piled trash. Overall, it just did not feel comfortable given the unkept grounds. Even tho we booked non-refundable, we ended up not staying at all and fully regret that we did not take pictures. I think we were in shock. Wouldn't think that Booking.com would indorse this! Do we have any recourse?

Great value, nice room.
Pros:

The bed, pillows, and blankets were all very comfortable. We liked the look of the room. The complimentary breakfast was nice and saved us money from having to go out for breakfast. Plenty of parking in hotel parking lot. A big plus for having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Cons:

Not in the safest location.

Hotel senza troppe pretese che offre tutto il minimo indispensabile. Staff pro
Pros:

Posizione strategica per chi è di passaggio e deve pernottare per poi ripartire senza rimanere bloccato nel traffico.
Buona soluzione rapporto qualità prezzo, con colazione inclusa.

Cons:

L'ascensore purtroppo non funzionava quando siamo arrivati e il bagno non scaricava al meglio. La pulizia inoltre può essere migliorata.
