Could be better. Great location, shame no bar
Pros:

Location was good, and staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Property, parts are dated. No bar, order drinks at reception to drink in a room with no atmosphere. Room had separate toilet to bathroom, not functional or hygienic. Small bed in room

很差的体验，这是我见过的世界上最小的卫浴间。

位置不错

Cons:

卫浴间极小，无法转身的那种小，而且马桶盖是坏的，卫生间的暖气无法使用，客房员工来了也解决不了，建议这种房间就不要提供给客人了。空调不制暖，所以我找前台要了一个小的制暖机，说马上就送到房间结果半小时过去了也没人送来，最后还是我亲自到前台去要了一个自己提回房间。

Goeie locatie voor de doorreis!
Pros:

Het centrum is op loopafstand en daar zijn leuke restaurantjes. We hadden geluk met parkeren; voor de deur en op zondag is het gratis. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk

Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel. Top Lage. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfält

Preis Leistungsverhältnis inakzeptabel.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück. Man ist schnell zu Fuß Inder Innenstadt.

Cons:

Als wir das Zimmer betraten roch es stark nach Kloacke, der Geruch kam aus dem Bad. Die Minibar war leer. Der Abfluss des Waschbeckens war verstopft. Dies haben wir der Hotelmanagerin mitgeteilt. Daraufhin kekamen wir eine Rückerstattung (Erlass Parkgebühr und Pauschale für den Hund). Die Managerin teilte uns mit das das Hotel im Dezember geschlossen wird und alle Zimmer renoviert werden. Dies half uns in der aktuellen Situation auch nicht.

Schöner, gelungener Aufenthalt
Pros:

Super Frühstück. Optimale Lage und geräumige Zimmer. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wenn wieder in Colmar dann wieder hier.

Cons:

Einziges Kriterium: nur ein Lift. Ist in den Stosszeiten vielleicht ein bisschen knapp.
Vom Gebäude her aber vermutlich nicht anders machbar.

Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé, en face la la gare de Colmar. Chambre très calme. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes et mériteraient un petit rafraichissement.
